Health means state of being well in body or mind. Wealth means riches or being rich. So what is more important health or wealth? Clearly health is superior parameter over wealth. But how to be remain healthy. You have to eat healthy food. Where from will the healthy food come at this market condition?

jogging

The answer is clear and straight way from money. Again we have reached on wealth. So we can see one is running behind other in a circular path. But only money is not important for being healthy. Peace and happiness is also attached for being healthy. So what does it means? The more wealth and more happiness cannot lead to good health. But sufficient wealth and sufficient happiness and peace can result healthiness. So the proverb is justified that "health is wealth". And wealth is not health but a parameter of health. Without money you cannot recover health. Try to earn some money for your health. So, do not spoil your health for earning more wealth.

Another essay on Health is Wealth. For class (Grade) 9, 10, 11 & 12:

Health is Wealth Essay

All of us are very much familiar with the proverb "Health is Wealth". But it is very unfortunate that we always remain attached very much to acquire wealth. Attached word is not justified, actually maximum of us are at a state of madness to achieve and satisfy our hunger of money. Health is not cared while dealing one`s target of becoming rich. It is only taken as a subject of life when one starts loosing health and enters into home of illness. Until this stage money was coming smartly and after becoming ill money starts to drain out. Net result becomes zero on monitory basis and negative on the scale of "Health is Wealth". That means there should be a balance of putting our life business. Health is above all priorities.

Tips of keeping us healthy and wealthy:

First of all we try to know the cause. What are bigger diseases ; which affect us and finally damage our life. These are Sugar, Blood Pressure, Headache, Indigestion diseases etc. I am not a doctor but have very much common sense about the killer reason of these diseases. Now I am telling a very top secret to keep us free from disease and to keep us completely  healthy. It`s a killer tips what I am going to disclose here.   Before knowing the tips we have to know the reason of today`s disease. It is tension, tension and tension. Tension is such a parameter of today lifestyle; which is producing these diseases in many cases. Stress is the physical and mental state of deviation from the natural condition of mind-set and body behaviour. Then how will you get rid from tension. First simple tip is that our sleep must be sound. To achieve this we must correct our metabolic activity. It is a medical term but is very simple to correct it by walking at least 4 km per day. Also remember one poetic (рд╢ाрдпрд░ाрдиा) lines for getting rid of  tension-I lived simply, blown away every stress into smoke, I accepted my fate what I got. I forgot ..forgot..and forgot what  I lost.

How to control health without losing wealth:

In absolute sense it will be very impractical to say that there is a magic of keeping oneself healthy. But there is guaranteed formula of remaining less affected from disease. Suppose if it is told to give a disease to someone then it is possible for small diseases only like loose motion, Malaria, cold etc. To give loose motion is very easy. Just give someone to eat rich, bad oil fry food. Similarly put someone among  strong mosquitoes' area and it is sufficient to inject malaria in him. But if you say to give diabetes   or blood pressure to someone then we have to carry out his life style badly at least for 10 to 15 years to give these diseases. That means main reason of bigger disease is bad life style. In the chain of disease lifestyle is two step ahead of disease. You cannot understand this, so see this equation.

Symptom's steps before disease: Emotion--->Mood--->Ego(behaviour)---->lifestyle--->dysfunction--->Disease. We have to live with good lifestyle to check dysfunction state which is a border of disease. To achieve this one has to control his emotion and mood to live with standard behaviour. This behaviour will always keep one at healthy mental state. Lifestyle covers everything like eating habit, daily physical work, sleeping duration etc. If we maintain good lifestyle then disease like diabetes, blood pressure, heart attack etc cannot touch us. And if we remain healthy then wealth is automatically remain with us. It is because we know that biggest money drains out if one gets captured with these diseases. This is one of the best way to remain Healthy and wealthy.

Independence Day Essay or Speech | History of Independence Day Class 3

15TH August is very important day in the history of the world for India. India got freedom on this date and it is a day worth a celebration. When we celebrate it hoisting the flag, playing our National Anthem, distributing sweets, we need to sail back into the past history to remember and pay homage to the freedom fighters of our nation. My dear friends, We were the privileged lot to have been born in free India and have descent history of great leaders. We were able to breathe the fresh free air since our birth. If at all we want to know the pangs of agony of being slaves under a foreign rule, we must ask our elders born before 1947. It was indeed a Himalayan task for every Indian those days to fight against those powerful giants – the British rulers. We must not allow those hard times and struggles fade away from our memories. Hence it is befitting for us to celebrate such National festivals and recall those heroic deeds of our National heroes. We remember them today. Right from Mahatma Gandhi to the local patriotic leaders we owe our gratitude. When we regard those martyrs who laid their precious lives for our sake, we must not ignore the common people who sacrificed their lot for the good cause. There were farmers, land lords, businessmen, teachers, writers, poets and students who helped the land achieve the long cherished freedom.Today we have come a long way in the path of free India. We have proved ourselves worthy of freedom. We are considered as the largest democracy in the world. How proud we were when Abhinav Bindra made our National Flag flutter and ‘Jana Gana Mana’ played at the background in Beijing? We are proud of it and feel very happy about all these positive aspects.

Scene at next bus-stop

The journey was not long. It was quite short. By now our bus had reached the stop at Panth Hospital. Here many people got down, while many others boarded the bus. As usual the bus moved on. An old lady began to feel giddy. She requested a collegiate to giver her seat he was sitting on. The proud student refused flatly. This was bad enough. Ladies should be shown respect. But then young ladies should also be considerate to old and sick men.

Conductor’s Dishonesty:

At the Ajmeri gate three passengers got down. They paid the bus fare. The dishonest conductor did not issue tickets to them. I got the chance to rebuke the conductor. I said, “Conductor, you have not given tickets to the villagers”. With these words I rang the bell. The bus stopped. I called the villagers to come back. The conductor was perplexed. Some other people rebuked him for his dishonesty. He felt shame. He issued the tickets at once.

The Destination:

The bus was now running in New Delhi. My destination was not very far. At Minto Road the driver applied the brake suddenly. He wanted to avoid a cyclist. All the passengers received a jolt. My head struck against a lady’s who cursed me. I said nothing and kept quite. When the conductor announced ‘Odeon’. I got down.

Hardly had I sat on the seat when I saw a very old man standing near me. He looked very sad. I looked at him. I got up out of respect to offer my seat to him. But to my great surprise I saw a fashionable young lady rushing towards me. She pressed herself into the seat. The poor old man looked at he helplessly. He had to keep standing near the seat. The lady felt no shame. She kept on looking at the old man shamelessly. I feel very annoyed at her strange behavior.

Passenger in the Bus:

The passengers inside the bus were talking loudly. Some were talking about politics. Some were talking of soaring prices of things. Others were discussion their personal problems. The ladies were discussing their domestic problems. The family quarrels were the subject of their talk. I was looking outside to forget the incident.

Raksha Bandhan| Rakhi | Rakhi Purnima |when is raksha bandhan | about raksha bandhan

Total-384 Words                            Written by-Akbar Ali
Introduction:
Raksha Bandhan is a bondage of mutual trust and affection between brother and sister. Raksha Bandhan is also known as RAKHI. This year Raksha Bandhan falls on 13th August 2011.

Rakhi is a sacred thread with sister's love and affection for her brother. On the day of Raksha Bandhan sisters tie RAKHI on their brother's wrist and express their love to them. In return brothers sincerely take the responsibility of protecting their sisters. This RAKHI is considered a very strong mutual trust between sisters and brothers.

History:
In history Rani Karnavati of Chittor who was a widow queen of Chittore realised that she could not defend against the invasion by the Sultan of Gujrat Bahasur Shah. So she sent a Rakhi to Emperor Humayun. The Emperor felt very touched about the sacred Rakhi. The Emperor immediately set off with his troops to defend Chittor. Humayun arrived too late, and Bahadur Shah managed to sack the Rani's fortress. Humayun evicted Bahadur Shah from fort and restored the kingdom to Karnavati's son, Vikramjit Singh. It is greatness of the Rakhi. About this event many historian did not agree. But what ever may be the case. If it was actual case then it has a high value of Rakhi in history.

Ritual And Celebration:
On the day of Raksha Bandhan sisters prepare the pooja thali, with diyas, roti, chawal and rakhis. They worship the goddess tie Rakhis on the wrist of their brothers and wishes for their well beings.

The festival is marked by the tying of a rakhi, or holy thread, by the sister on the wrist of her brother. The brother in return offers a gift to his sister and vows to look after her as she presents sweets to him. The brother and sister traditionally feed one another sweets. Since north Indian kinship practices give cousins a status similar to siblings, girls and women often tie the rakhi to their male cousins as well. Unrelated boys and men who are considered to be brothers (munh-bola bhai or adopted brothers) can be tied rakhis, provided they commit to a lifelong obligation to provide protection to the woman or girl. Additionally, in cases when a sister is out of town, then another sister or cousin may tie a second Rakhi in her place.

Significance of Holi Festival Essay

For lower classes this essay on holi has to be made a little bit simple.
Main Significance of Holi:
In Vaishnavism, Hiranyakashipu is the great king of demons.  He had been granted a boon by Brahma. This boon made it almost impossible for him to be killed. The boon was due to his long penance. After it he had demanded that he not be killed "during day or night; inside the home or outside, not on earth or in the sky; neither by a man nor an animal; neither by astra nor by shastra". Consequently, he grew arrogant and attacked the Heavens and the Earth. He demanded that people stop worshipping Gods and start praising him.

Other significance is that  Prahlada, was a devotee of Lord Vishnu. In spite of several threats from Hiranyakashipu, Prahlada continued offering prayers to Lord Vishnu. He was poisoned but the poison turned to nectar in his mouth. He was ordered to be trampled by elephants yet remained unharmed. He was put in a room with hungry, poisonous snakes and survived. All of Hiranyakashipu's attempts to kill his son failed. Finally, he ordered young Prahlada to sit on a pyre on the lap of his demoness sister, Holika, who could not die because she also had a boon which would prevent fire from burning her. Prahlada readily accepted his father's orders, and prayed to Vishnu to keep him safe. When the fire started, everyone watched in amazement as Holika burnt to death, while Prahlada survived unharmed, the burning of Holika is celebrated as Holi.

In Uttar Pradesh  the famous Lath mar Holi is played in  Banaras (Varansi) in the sprawling compound of the Radha Rani temple. Thousands gather to witness the Lath Mar holi when women beat up men with sticks, All of them sing Holi Songs and shout Sri Radhey or Sri Krishna. The Holi songs of Braj mandal are sung in pure Braj Bhasha.

Environmental Impact:
It is adding to  pollution. The world is fighting against global warming where as the Holika Dahan is just an opposite parameter to global warming check up. But due to religious impact nobody politically can impose any law. It is the people who will decide about this..

Conclusion:

Whatever may be it gives us great energy to becoming united. And a lot of enjoyment is attached with this festival. I like it from the bottom of my heart.

Finally we came to home at 9 pm. In the fair we enjoyed every moment. I think all of my friend circle should write their experience of fair by commenting here.
