Letter for Getting Back my Certificates from College Asking HOD

Going back to college for getting certificates back from HOD is very

 much easy with this letter. 

However , this request letter is written for 'getting a certificate' for an applicant who has asked to write this letter but he has not submitted full details of the later which one he wanted.
