Mango is definitely the most loved fruit in India. It is the national fruit of our country and people call it ‘the king’ of all fruits.

Mangos are my favorite fruit too. The reason I love mangos so much is their lip-smacking flavor and crazy-driving fragrance.

There are more than 100 varieties of mangos found in India. They all are different in size, color, and flavor. Usually, the common flavor of mangos is sour. Out of all these varieties, I love the ‘Dassehri’ mangoes the most. They’re sweet and luscious. Mangos can be consumed in many ways such as salad, juice, sauce, lassi, Aam Panna, and of course as the spicy pickle. In summer, I don’t think the daily meal of Indians can be completed without the mango items because, in this season, mangos are available in the market in plenty. Mangos not only taste scrumptious but they are also an extremely rich source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin D and have many health benefits.
