People suffering from loose motion or constipation are suggested to have brinjal. It is the best remedy for joint pains and injury. Brinjal also prevents neurological diseases, cancer and ageing. It boosts up our cardiovascular system. One must not intake brinjal when suffering from piles, fever or skin diseases. Brinjal is also used as a medicinal herb by the specialists. It controls high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes. Brinjal is known as the ‘King of Vegetables’ in South India.
