'Nag Panchami' is a renowned festival of Hindus. It drops on the 5th day of the Krishna Paksha in the month of Shravan according to Hindu Calendar. It is commemorated across India. It normally falls in the month of July (Hindi Moth Sravana) or August according to Modern Calendar.

There are many tales behind the event of this celebration. One of the most popular legends is Lord Krishna. When Krishna was just a young child. he was playing the video game of tossing the sphere with his good friends. Throughout the play, the round came under the Yamuna River. The legend, just how Krishna beat Kalia Serpent and saved the people.

Nag Panchamī is a festival during which Hindus prayer live Nagas (cobras) or photos of them. In South India, Nag Panchami is a celebration that brings brothers or sisters with each other to celebrate their family members' wellness. On this day, wedded women and also girls wake up early in the morning. They take bathroom, schedule puja, and also go to the nearest ant hillside (snake's residence) to execute puja.
