I were a Monitor:

If I were a monitor of my class, or the instructor of my class, or the parent of a young adult class, or the friend of a young adult class, I would not feel complete without knowing the secrets of getting the most out of the entire class. The class should be treated as a unit. A person's level of success depends on how they act and react as a unit.

Context of any fight is manner:

If a teacher was to be a monitor of a class or the instructor of a class, and a boy was seen beating up another boy and was heard saying these words: "I can beat him up any time I want to". This monitor is not there to stop the "whys" and "how's" of the fight. This monitor is there to give the instructions in the context of the fight. The context of the fight is the "manner" in which one fights, the "manner" in which one gives the instructions.

Consider another Case

If there was a classmate who looked at one as if he was disgusting, even if the other person did not feel disgusting, the classmate would be given an instruction: the "woman" would be instructed to look at the other party as if he was disgusting, and then tell him to stop the fight. In a situation where the "manner" does not give the command to stop the fight, the "manner" is seen as "foul", and this means that the "manner" is seen as "dirty" and this is the context which would give rise to a "manner" feeling or a "manner woman". When a "manner woman" sees a man as being "foul", a woman has a chance of having a "mannered" feeling towards him, and therefore a woman can give instructions which can lead to a "manner" feeling, and then a "manner woman". The "manner" woman is seen as being more beautiful than the "manner woman", she is seen as being more "clean" and therefore more valuable than the "mannered woman".

How Husband and Wife should Behave:

If a person who is engaged to be married were to call a single person by the nickname "buddy" or "friend" or "lover", then the engagement would probably be officially canceled. If a girl were to look at a boy as if he was disgusting, or as if he were weak or as if he were not worthy, then a girl would be giving the boy instructions towards that girl. When a girl observes a boy as being weak or disgusting, then a girl can feel contempt towards the boy.

When a girl observes a boy as being clean in character, then she can feel respect towards the boy.

Our Positive Feeling have Worth:

If a man sees a woman as being beautiful, or as being something, then he would be feeling admiration towards the woman. If a man sees a woman as a waste, or as not worth anything, then he would feel contempt towards the woman.

There are some situations when, even if there are other partners, one is considered the best or most valuable partner. If a girl observes a man as being worthy, then there is a chance that the engagement would be officially renewed.

If a man sees a woman as being beautiful, or as being something, then there is a chance that the engagement would be officially renewed.

Of course, there are many, many, many, many other situations that could cause a "manner". In this article, I have just covered some of the "manner's" situations, that are regularly encountered. What are your own "manner"?

It should be inculcated from our childhood. We must inculcate a habit of patient listening. Respecting elders must be learned to build our etiquette. We must also learn about social duties.

A society would be very happy if everyone thinks of inculcating good habits in children. We must read story books of good morals. It brings significant difference in our thinking. It inspires us from its practical event. We should practice to avoid hastiness in our work and activities. It reduces mental stability and causes faults in our work. In this way it can be concluded that inculcating good habits in childhood is most important for successful life.

Children go to school to learn how to read and write and they go to Church, Masjid, Temples, Buddha Vihar, Gurudwara to learn about religion. Good manners should be taught at the home, and it is one of the easiest stuff to teach, even at a very early stage of life, but it is not always done.

Good manners means correct behaviour by which we make our place in the heart of everyone and feeling pride to our parents, teachers and society. Directly and indirectly it resulted into good child, student and citizen and helpful in building our nation in a right path.
Bad manners means wrong behaviour; which always hurt and no one will accept and welcome those who behaved wrongly and directly , Indirectly it resulted into crime and threat to society.

In short good manners play very important role in our daily life. Your parents and family as well as teachers will be happy if they see you behaved in a good manner everywhere.

Few good manners which I would like to share with  all of you, which will help everyone to become good child, a good student and good citizen. 

Be kind, polite, respectful and helpful especially with adults. 
Be punctual IN SCHOOL. Obey the school's rules. Pay attention to the teachers. Be respectful to the teachers and staff. Do immediately what you are directed to do. Do not answer back.
 Tell the truth - always. It takes courage to tell the truth. Cowards tell lies out of fear. Respect everyone’s rights. No pushing, fighting. No foul language; no swearing Avoid signaling,sending signs when class time is up. Contribute to the class discussion when appropriate. Don't mess house,school . If you do, clean it up immediately. Don’t bully. Prevent bullying. Report bullying. Don't litter the class room, school grounds or anywhere. Report acts of damage being committed. Be respectful of public and private property. Don’t steal from anyone. When we talk we should always be polite and it is not proper to point or to stare at others who might be of a different religion or color. Do not interrupt when our parents are talking each other. Open the door and invite the guests in, smile and be welcoming. Don't go visiting unless you are invited or you have phoned to see if it is convenient.
Make up your bed, tidy the room, keep your kinship out of the way and it goes without saying, always leave the bathroom stainless!
Be sure to say, "Thank you" when you leave. Recompense by inviting your friend to your house sometime in the future. 
Do your best and Never get into a fight. 
Apologise unhesitatingly and instantly if you make a mistake.
Accept an apology with goodwill Walk tall and wear decent attire and uniform with pride. 
We must always be home before dark and never hurt anyone by your any indecent act and misbehavior.

Politeness is a great virtue of human beings. It is an original quality mainly God gifted by birth and partly learnt from own surroundings . It is praised, loved and liked by all . Politeness creates feel good environment and brings comfort instantly . It is the first step of better cooperation to win battle. If another subordinate do little job and behave with his boss very politely he will be rated higher than you. It is just because of the politeness behaviour. There was a cloth shopkeeper; who use to deal with his customer by greeting them by leaning his head and half body with a smile and used to say "sir, what can i serve for you." This behaviour was completely new and odd in the market. But by applying this simple behaving technique he had lot of permanent customers. And he was regarded as smart businessman. The customers know that his polite behaviour is creative from business angle, even then large mass of customers liked him. In this way he was making difference in the business of selling same product in the same market. One day I also went at his shop and realised that he was extremely noticeable and was very much successful in his business. After giving the cloth he again used say "sir please come again . We are to serve you better in coming days with lot of your choice." Like this he has many good words to see off customers with a positive note. 

So it is better to sell your personal branding with the politeness that cost nothing but deliver much. It is a great tool to become winner in all sphere of life. 

For example you can win the eye sight of interview board by replying with politeness packed with positive disposition and winning gesture. 

But there are certain situations in your life; where politeness may be dangerous. For managing discipline at home or at school harsh attitude is needed to exhibit stern conduct for keeping law and order intact.
