Food is the essential necessity of life, it is the basic amenity for the survival of every human being. The Importance of food should be known to everyone. The evolution of food from eating raw meat to eating delicacies from the finest chefs of the world has been tremendous, but with change comes advantages and disadvantages.
It is a common notion that a person should eat like a king for breakfast, like a queen for lunch and like a beggar for dinner. It is generally advised that a person should have proper eggs, cereals, smoothies etc for breakfast because when the fast is broken after sleep, he/she should get all the essential energy which is needed for the long day, for lunch vegetables, meat and fruits should be included and dinner should also include few portions of all the essential items. The main factor over here is that young children should concentrate on the intake of the food items which are healthy because it will benefit them in the later run. Food is the lifeblood of our body.
