This can be evidenced through the following:

- The use of monies for the purpose of instituting certain processes to achieve a specific outcome.
- The use of monies to commission certain processes to bring about specific results.
The intention of certain parties and individuals:
The above examples show the intent of certain parties to alter or achieve a specific outcome by means of various processes. What is missing is the question of how and why certain parties have undertaken certain processes.
How to reduce water pollution-Real challenge :
This is the real challenge that faces any person who wants to stop or reduce pollution. The following sections explain why and how pollution exists and what impact it can potentially have on human health and lifestyle:
1. Who is causing pollution?

3. How can pollution be stopped?
A. Pollution is caused by parties with an interest in energy, pollution (land pollution, water pollution, and air pollution) is caused by individuals who make wrong choices with regard to energy sources.

Most individuals do not think about the effect that their choices have on the world. Instead, the mind tends to obsess with other things. However, human life is limited so it has to prioritize certain areas such as preserving the environment and preserving human health and safety.

There are two main reasons why energy is limited. The first reason is that our physical bodies use energy that can not be produced in greater amounts because there are only certain regions of the world that are able to create energy.

Thus, any form of fossil fuel or nuclear energy is limited in supply. The second reason why energy is limited is that there are certain processes that need to be carried out to transform each element into a different state of that element.
Quality of energy processes ignores the nature:
These processes also introduce additional cost and loss of quality into the production of any form of energy. Thus, most pollution occurs because individuals fail to understand the effect they have on the environment. This makes them increase fossil fuel use unnecessarily.
Very few individuals think and care about natural balance:
As explained in section B, there are certain individuals who do understand the impact they have on the environment. These individuals produce all forms of energy in an environmentally friendly manner thereby significantly reducing the level of pollution.
B. The major cause of pollution can be discovered in the production of:
1. Fossil fuel fuels:
Some individuals produce too much fossil fuel for the world. They include military personnel, construction workers, miners, farmers, truck drivers, agricultural workers, oil company workers, coal mine workers, sea fishermen, miners, shipyard workers, municipal workers in general. These individuals produce more fossil fuel than is needed. This produces a huge impact on the environment.
2. Nuclear energy:
Some individuals produce too much nuclear energy. It includes industrial workers, nuclear engineers, nuclear power plant workers. The huge number of workers employed in these types of industries produces a huge impact on the environment.
3. Oil and natural gas:
Some individuals produce too much oil and natural gas. It includes fishermen, truck drivers, fishermen, farmers, construction workers, agricultural workers, oil rig workers, sea fishermen, workers engaged in good construction. This produces a huge impact on the environment
4. Hydroelectric energy:
