Last year, we went to Taj Mahal. We went there by train. Taj Mahal is situated in Agra in Uttar Pradesh.

It was built by king Sahjhan for his wife Mumtaj Mahal.Taj Mahal is made of white marbel. The making work of Taj Mahal was started in 1630. Taj Mahal was completed in 22 years and 20 thousand peoples are required for completing it. Many tourists came to Taj Mahal. We went to many other historical places. We went to Red Fort also. It was very nice. We came back from there. We enjoyed our visit to Taj Mahal .We will never forget our visit to Taj Mahal.

ताज महल भारत - ताजमहल, उत्तर प्रदेश में आगरा में स्थित है|  दुनिया में सबसे शानदार वास्तुकला के उत्कृष्ट कृतियों में से एक है| यह सम्राट शाहजहाँ  ने अपनी पत्नी, अरजुमंद  बानो की याद  में  बनवाया था |जो बाद में मुमताज महल के नाम से जनी  जाने लगी |

भारत का यह स्मारक  दुनिया के आठ आश्चर्यों में सूचीबद्ध किया गया है। यह स्मारक प्रेम और भक्ति के नाम पर बनाया गया था। ताज महल को आठ दुनिया की सबसे राजसी ऐतिहासिक संरचनाओं के बीच माना जाता है।  यह सफेद संगमरमर  संरचना मुगल सम्राट, शाहजहां, का  उसकी मृत पत्नी (मुमताज महल ) के लिए उपहार है| वह अपनी पत्नी को इतना चाहता  था  कि  उसने आदेश  दिया  की ताज महल एक  ऐसा डिजाइन  होना चहिये जो दुनिया में कभी न बना हो और इसे फिर  कभी न बनाया  जा सके । सैकड़ों डिजाइनों के खारिज करने  के बाद  वह आखिर में इस ब्लू प्रिंट की मंजूरी दे दी। वह व्यक्तिगत रूप से इस भवन के निर्माण की निगरानी करता था। कहा जाता है, कि  सबसे महंगे सफेद संगमरमर  आगरा लाया गया। यह  संरचना फ़ारसी की सामग्री, भारत, इस्लामी और तुर्की  वास्तुकला की   शैलियों को जोड़ती है।

 इस  आश्चर्य वास्तुकला का निर्माण करने में  बाईस साल लग गए। पूरे अभिलेखों के अनुसार बीस हज़ार लोगों को इस उदार परियोजना के   काम काम  में लगाया गया था । सरकारी दस्तावेजों के अनुसार, उस्ताद ईसा ताज महल का  मास्टर वास्तुकार था। 1983 में, इस भव्य स्मारक को यूनेस्को ने  विश्व विरासत घोषणा की  उपाधि दी  थी ।  यह अधिकारियों द्वारा  " भारत में मुस्लिम कला का गहना  और एक विश्व विरासत की सर्वत्र प्रशंसा की कृतियों में से" के रूप में उद्धृत किया गया। और उसके बाद यह एक विश्व के सात आश्चर्यों में से एक के रूप में वैश्विक ख्याति प्राप्त किया।

Taj Mahal India - Located at Agra in Uttar Pradesh, the Taj Mahal is one of the most splendid masterpieces of architecture in the world. It was Emperor Shah Jehan who ordered the building of the Taj Mahal, in honor of his beloved wife, Arjumand Banu who was later known as Mumtaz Mahal, which means, the Distinguished of the Palace. One of the greatest monuments of India has been listed amongst the eight wonders of the world. This monument was built in the name of love and devotion. Do you know which is this grand Mughal monument situated in the heart of India? It is the Taj Mahal. It is considered to be one amongst the eight most majestic historical structures of the world. This white marble structure was the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan’s, gift for his dead wife – Mumtaz Mahal. He loved his wife so much that he ordered for the best of artisans to create a design as there has never been, and something that cannot be replicated. Having rejected hundreds of designs he finally approved of this blue print. He is said to have personally monitored the construction of this building.

 

The most expensive white marble was brought to Agra. The structure combines ingredients of Persian, India, Islamic and Turkish styles of architecture. It took twenty-two years to complete the construction of this architectural wonder. As per the records twenty thousand people were employed to work on this magnanimous project, which cost the Mughal emperor thirty-two million Rupees. According to the official documents, Ustad Isa was the master architect.

In 1983, this grand monument was announced by UNESCO to be one amongst the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It was cited by the authorities as: "The jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage." And thereafter it attained global fame as one of the seven wonders of the world.
