Blockchain Technology Essay: Revolutionizing Industries with Decentralized Security and Transparency

Understanding Blockchain Technology

Blockchain technology has emerged as a revolutionary force, transforming various industries by offering a decentralized and secure method of recording transactions.

An illustration depicting blockchain technology. The image features interconnected blocks forming a chain, representing the digital ledger. Elements i

Originating as the underlying technology for Bitcoin, blockchain has transcended its initial application to become a versatile tool with numerous uses. At its core, blockchain is a distributed ledger that records transactions across multiple computers, ensuring that the data is immutable and transparent. This technology has the potential to redefine how we think about data integrity, security, and trust.

The Structure and Functioning of Blockchain

A blockchain is composed of blocks, each containing a list of transactions. These blocks are linked together in a chronological chain using cryptographic hashes. Each block contains a unique code called a hash, the hash of the previous block, a timestamp, and transaction data. This structure ensures that once data is recorded in a block, it cannot be altered without changing all subsequent blocks, which requires consensus from the network participants. This decentralized consensus mechanism, often implemented through proof-of-work or proof-of-stake algorithms, is what makes blockchain resistant to tampering and fraud.

Applications Across Industries

The applications of blockchain extend far beyond cryptocurrencies. In the financial sector, blockchain enables faster and more secure transactions, reducing the need for intermediaries. Supply chain management benefits from blockchain's transparency and traceability, allowing businesses to monitor products from origin to consumer. In healthcare, blockchain ensures the security and privacy of patient data while enabling interoperability between different health systems. Additionally, blockchain is being explored in voting systems to enhance transparency and prevent electoral fraud, illustrating its broad potential to improve various aspects of society.

Challenges and Limitations

Despite its promising advantages, blockchain technology faces several challenges. Scalability remains a significant issue, as the decentralized nature of blockchain can lead to slower transaction processing times compared to traditional centralized systems. Additionally, the high energy consumption associated with proof-of-work consensus mechanisms raises environmental concerns. Regulatory uncertainty also poses a challenge, as governments worldwide grapple with how to integrate blockchain into existing legal frameworks. Moreover, while blockchain is secure, it is not entirely immune to attacks, and vulnerabilities in smart contracts and protocols can still be exploited.

The Future of Blockchain

The future of blockchain technology looks promising, with ongoing advancements addressing its current limitations. Innovations such as sharding and layer 2 solutions aim to enhance scalability and efficiency. The integration of blockchain with emerging technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to unlock new possibilities, creating more interconnected and intelligent systems. As regulatory frameworks evolve and become more supportive, blockchain adoption is likely to increase across various sectors. Ultimately, blockchain has the potential to transform how we conduct transactions, share information, and build trust in the digital age, heralding a new era of technological innovation and transparency.

These apps offer a plethora of features, from text messages to multimedia sharing, making them an integral part of our daily lives. In this essay, we delve into the evolution, advantages, and impact of online messaging apps.

Online messaging app

Evolution of Messaging Apps

From Text-Only to Multimedia Platforms

During the 1990s, messaging apps emerged as basic tools for sending text messages. However, their functionality was limited to simple communication. Over time, technological advancements revolutionized these apps, expanding their capabilities beyond mere text-based exchanges. Today, messaging apps allow users to share photos, videos, documents, and even conduct video calls.

Advantages of Online Messaging Apps

Instant Connectivity

One of the primary advantages of online messaging apps is their ability to connect people instantly. Whether you’re across the street or across continents, these apps facilitate real-time communication. Friends, family, and colleagues can exchange messages effortlessly, breaking down barriers of distance.

Business and Work Applications

Online messaging apps extend beyond personal use. They have become standard platforms for business communication. Here’s how:

Marketing:

Companies leverage messaging apps to promote products, share offers, and engage with customers. WhatsApp, with its massive user base, serves as an effective marketing channel.

Workplace Communication: Within organizations, colleagues use messaging apps for seamless communication. Team members collaborate, share updates, and conduct virtual meetings. Even when someone is away on a business trip, they can stay connected with their team.

Trust and Accountability: These apps democratize the workplace by fostering trust, open dialogue, and accountability. Managers can create groups for team members, encouraging idea-sharing and problem-solving.

Cost-Effective and Accessible

Online messaging apps are cost-free. Users can download them onto their smartphones, tablets, or laptops without incurring any charges. Even within corporate settings, colleagues rely on these apps for quick communication, eliminating the need for expensive phone calls.

Signal and Wire both have open-source code. This transparency allows security experts to audit the code, ensuring no hidden vulnerabilities exist1 2.

User-Controlled Encryption Keys:

Threema: Users generate their own encryption keys, enhancing privacy. Threema does not store any user data on its servers3.

Telegram: While not fully end-to-end encrypted by default, Telegram offers a "Secret Chat" feature with self-destructing messages and user-controlled encryption keys3.

Security Measures Beyond Encryption:

Element.io: Formerly known as Riot, Element.io focuses on decentralized communication. It uses the Matrix protocol and offers end-to-end encryption2.

Tox: A peer-to-peer messaging platform, Tox emphasizes security and privacy. It avoids central servers and relies on direct connections between users2.

Remember that no system is entirely foolproof, but choosing a secure messaging app significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to your conversations and sensitive data4. Always stay informed about updates and security practices to maintain your privacy online.

Conclusion

Online messaging apps have revolutionized communication. From instant connectivity to business applications, they play a pivotal role in our interconnected world. As technology continues to evolve, these apps will remain essential tools for bridging gaps and fostering meaningful connections.

Essay on the Impact of Technology on mental health and well-being

Technology has dramatically changed the way we live our lives, and it has undoubtedly had a significant impact on our mental health and well-being.

Essay on the Impact of Technology on mental health and well-being

On the one hand, technology has provided us with countless benefits, such as instant communication, access to information, and increased efficiency in various aspects of our lives. However, on the other hand, technology can also have a negative impact on our mental health and well-being, particularly if we use it excessively or inappropriately.

In this essay, I will discuss the impact of technology on mental health and well-being, both positive and negative.

One of the most significant benefits of technology is the ability to connect with others instantly. Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter have allowed us to maintain contact with friends and family members, even if they are located far away.

This ability to connect with others has been shown to have a positive impact on mental health and well-being, as it provides social support, reduces loneliness, and promotes a sense of belonging.

In addition, technology has allowed us to access mental health resources and support groups online, which can be particularly helpful for those who may not have access to these resources in their local communities.

However, excessive use of social media and technology can also have negative impacts on mental health and well-being.

For example, research has shown that excessive social media use can lead to feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and depression, particularly among young people.

The constant need for validation and comparison on social media can also contribute to feelings of inadequacy and low self-esteem.

Moreover, excessive use of technology can interfere with sleep patterns, which can have a negative impact on mental health and well-being.

Another way in which technology has impacted mental health and well-being is through the rise of gaming addiction.

With the increasing popularity of online gaming and the availability of high-speed internet, many people are spending hours playing video games, often to the point of neglecting their responsibilities and relationships.

This addiction can lead to increased feelings of anxiety, depression, and social isolation, as well as a loss of interest in other activities.

Finally, the impact of technology on mental health and well-being can also be seen in the workplace.

The rise of remote work and digital communication has increased the pressure to be constantly available and connected, leading to increased stress and burnout.

Moreover, the use of technology for work-related tasks can lead to a blurring of the boundaries between work and personal life, which can also have negative impacts on mental health and well-being.

Why people are using social media excessively ?

Here are several reasons why people are using social media excessively:

Social pressure: People may feel the need to constantly stay connected to their friends and social groups, and fear of missing out (FOMO) can drive them to constantly check social media.

Addiction: Social media platforms are designed to be addictive, with algorithms that show users content tailored to their interests and behaviors. This can lead to a dopamine response in the brain, which reinforces the behavior of using social media.

Escapism: Social media is a way to escape from real-world problems and stress, providing a temporary distraction and sense of relaxation.

Validation: Social media provides a platform for people to seek validation and approval from others, through likes, comments, and followers. This can create a sense of social reward that motivates people to use social media more frequently.

Boredom: People turn to social media out of boredom or as a way to fill time.

Overall, excessive social media use can have negative effects on mental health, including increased anxiety and depression, reduced self-esteem, and social isolation. It is important for individuals to be mindful of their social media use and take steps to limit their time on these platforms if necessary.

Is human feelings decreasing in society due to more use technology?

There is no doubt that technology has significantly impacted the way we communicate and interact with each other.

With the rise of social media, messaging apps, and other digital platforms, people have more opportunities to connect with others and share their emotions and feelings.

At the same time, technology has also changed the way we express our emotions and feelings. Emojis, for example, have become a popular way of conveying emotions in digital conversations.

Some argue that technology has led to a decrease in the quality and depth of human relationships. They claim that people are becoming more isolated and disconnected from each other as a result of spending more time online and less time interacting face-to-face.

Others argue that technology has facilitated new forms of communication and social interaction that have the potential to deepen human connections.

While it is difficult to say for certain whether human feelings are decreasing in society due to the use of technology, it is clear that technology has both positive and negative effects on our emotional lives.

It is up to each individual to use technology in a way that supports their emotional well-being and fosters healthy relationships with others.

Will technology throw us in problems in future?

While technology has brought about many benefits, it also has the potential to create new problems and exacerbate existing ones.

For example, the increasing use of automation and artificial intelligence could lead to job displacement and inequality. The growing dependence on technology could also make us vulnerable to cyber attacks and privacy breaches.

Moreover, technology has the potential to amplify existing social and cultural divides and create new ones. The digital divide, for example, refers to the gap between those who have access to technology and those who do not, which can lead to disparities in education, job opportunities, and other areas.

Additionally, the use of technology for propaganda and disinformation campaigns can create divisions and undermine democracy.

Another potential problem with technology is its impact on the environment. The increasing demand for technology products, such as smartphones and laptops, has led to the depletion of natural resources and the generation of electronic waste.

However, it is important to note that technology is not inherently good or bad. Rather, it is how we use technology that determines its impact on society.

It is up to individuals, organizations, and governments to use technology responsibly and mitigate its potential negative effects. By doing so, we can harness the power of technology to create a more equitable, sustainable, and prosperous future.

In conclusion, technology has had a significant impact on mental health and well-being, both positive and negative. While technology has provided us with countless benefits, such as instant communication and access to information, excessive use and inappropriate use of technology can have negative impacts on mental health and well-being. Therefore, it is essential to use technology in a responsible and balanced way to promote positive mental health and well-being.

Essay Using Physical Data Design in Organisation-Relationship Analysis

organisation-relationship analysis consists of three major abstractions to explain data. These are characteristics, organisations and relationships.

Here organisations are distinct things in the enterprise. The relationship is the relation between the attributes and organisations are the nature or residential or commercial properties of the organisations. We then model all interactions between the objects within the organisation sets by relationships or relationship sets. This makes information analysis difficult because it is needed to create models of things that do not physically exist as single items. There are 2 major parts in the organisation-relationship scenario. They are Conceptual information modeling and Physical data modeling.

The Physical Data Model defines the physical execution of the database. With the Physical Data Model, we think about the details of the real physical application. It considers both software or information storage structures. We can modify the PDM to fit our efficiency or physical constraints.

The Physical Data Model fills the following functions:

  • Represent the physical company of information in a graphic format
  • Generate database creation and modification scripts
  • Define referential stability activates and restrictions
  • Create extended attributes
  • Reverse engineer existing databases
  • Regenerate a Conceptual Data Model
  • Physical Data Model development

There are a number of ways to create a Physical Data Model:

  • Create a Physical Data Model from a Conceptual Data Model
  • Develop a Physical Data Model from scratch
  • Reverse engineer a database into a Physical Data Model
  • Objects in a Physical Data Model
data analysis

A Physical Data Model graphically represents the interaction of the following things:

  • Table: Collection of rows (records) that have actually associated columns (fields).
  • Column: Data structure which contains an individual information product within a row (a record), the model equivalent of a database field.
  • Main secret: Column or columns whose worths uniquely identify a row in a table.
  • Foreign secret: Column or columns whose worths depend on and migrate from the main type in another table.
  • Index: Data structure that is based upon an essential and that speeds access to information and controls unique values.
  • Recommendation: Link between the main key and the foreign secret of different tables.
  • View: Data structure that results from a SQL inquiry which is constructed from data in several tables.

We then design all interactions between the things within the organisation sets by relationships or relationship sets. This makes information analysis difficult since it is required to produce designs of things that do not physically exist as single objects. With the Physical Data Model, we consider the details of the real physical application. It takes into consideration both software or data storage structures. We can customize the PDM to suit our performance or physical constraints.

Composition on Computers made life easy or Complex and Stressful

Title detail:It is said that computers have made life easier and more convenient. However some people say that computers have made life more complex and stressful. Express your opinion giving specific reasons.

If we’d think about computers in the past, technological boom gave hope to people; it made people believe that progress in technology meant a happier and simpler life. A new computer and the ability to send E-mail in minutes was the shiny new toy which everyone craved for. It gave people hope because it meant new jobs and a fresh venture into something which was only a dream for people. Sending letters was no longer considered because E-mail was the fastest means of communication. Computers did not only change the way we communicated to one another, it also changed the way we shopped and how we perceived the business. It also gave us a major leap into science and outer space.

Composition on Computers made life easy or Complex and Stressful

Fast forward into the present times, computer or PC is almost into every household and with Wi-Fi into the picture, it seems like we can do everything by typing one keyword into Google. Social media platforms like Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook became, more or less, a masquerade party. A computer on our desk is similar to a dream which was once perceived in a pure and sincere manner. We did all the hard work in order to perceive that dream but as time passed, all we could care about was acquisition and the dream lost its original meaning. It is true that computers were made to make our lives easier, but we were too late to realise that computers took over our lives. It has not only made us lethargic and lazy but has also made us forget the true meaning of our lives. All we care, at this present moment, is how to be popular on social media platforms. We are failing to live in the present moment and are isolating ourselves into the four walls where we are not being true to ourselves. It has surely complicated our lives because all we do is stare at the screen which fetches us nothing but disappointment. Over the years, internet and computer working as the evil duo, it has been noted that suicide rates have been increased over the years because computers have caused a lot of depression, insecurity issues, body shaming issues, etc.

My point of view is quite different. Real problems of computerisation and advancement is still to come. We human beings are preparing our death material by losing our peace and happiness and indulging ourselves in complexity and mess of life. Only critical illness will come in our hand instead of health and prosperity. Madness of advancement is dangerous for the society. Computer is concentrating wealth into one hand. If we will not balance the job between computerisation and real working human resources then it is the day not far from us when human resources will have no work and economic balance will vanish from our society.

Essay My aim in life To become a Software Engineer.

Technology is the greatest achievement of mankind. It has constantly been evolving, each time making us a more advanced species.

Children from a very small age are frequently using electronic gadgets. They play, explore and know every single working operation of their favourite phones and laptops. So naturally, many love to learn, study and are curious about the inner workings of computers.

Career options these days not only are far more exciting but bring in quick and tremendous success. The most favouriteand trending job of the world today and especially in our country is Software Development. Due to this passion of Indians towards the profession, multiple technological companies have set up camp here giving jobs to hundreds and thousands of people every day. This industry constantly attracts young students who are big technology enthusiasts.

What attracted me towards this profession is the fact that I love technology. It excites and intrigues me beyond words. Apart from this, I love competing with my peers. I want to grow in the corporate industry which will give me the opportunity to compete and receive great respect and admiration from my friends and family. But most of all I like to code. I find it very challenging and fascinating. I like to write the best code with no errors. I have always understood and enjoyed coding lessons. I have always wanted to work in a big multinational company and earnextremely well. I want to be on par with today’s world by learning about new technologies.

By getting the best grades, I will go on to study in a top college so that it will be easy for me to get placed in the biggest company even before graduation. This is what makes this profession so easy. You have a job in your hand even before your final exams. Life will be set. Being a software engineer will make my parents proud. They love to read about new companies and new technologies in the newspaper and to see them on TV. They will be proud to know that I’m associated with a top company and am making them proud. By earning well, I want to fulfil all their wishes and desires. The independence and confidence that the job gives will encourage me to put in my best efforts so that one day I may even take on key managerial positions.

I aspire to choose this very bright career option because it is very easy to become a Software Developer/Programmer and it brings quick success, wealth and a glamorous life. But it also requires passion and a keen interest towards coding which I possess. People who find coding very dull should not choose this career path. The job role requires you to spend hours sitting down at a desk and apply your analytical and reasoning skills nonstop to write lengthy pieces of error free and reliable code to develop software programs. There are various programming languages and related fields that you can choose from and gain expertise in order to find a job of your preference. India is famous for giving the world a lot of software engineers. CEO’s of technology giants like Microsoft, Google etc. are all Indians. We have contributed significantly to this field. Sadly, today Software Engineering has become a profession chosen by people merely for the glamour and label and not for the actual work. Students are forced to choose it as their profession even if they don’t want to since everybody wants their children to become software engineers. They are judged on the basis of grades, percentage and bookish knowledge and not by talent. With too many Software Engineers graduating each year, the profession has lost its charm and face value. There has also been a certain amount of disinterest among students since there are not enough jobs for all in the market. Students with real passion for coding are not given jobs nor even a chance to show their skill because they are judged on marks. From being a respectable and booming profession it has been reduced to just another degree. One must remember to choose a profession only with passion. We must shun societal norms and myths and choose the face value of a job. Respect every job because each one has a special place in society.

I use computer in my day to day life to gather knowledge and to get solution of many critical educational problems. I am telling one small story.
My teacher taught me an English Literature poem. Everybody knows the hidden meaning of the poems in general  is very hard to understand lucidly. Many teachers could not explain the poems clearly. I take online tutoring from the internet, but didn't got the help from my tutoring site. I just googled the poem topic and I surprised completely by getting so many mind-blowing search results. I found a site which gave me compete understanding  more better than my school teacher. I relaxed myself in great happiness.  I adore my papa , because he has provided me the stunning supporting material like computer with internet connectivity. I told this story to my papa. He laughed and laughed and told me that enjoy studying and relax. Don't take any pain of not understanding anything. The computer will solve all your problems.

Next I am telling my second experience of using computer. Do you know spelling memorizing is quite hard. I made it interesting just like mathematics. You thing what a joke I am telling. My friend be simple in thinking , here I am telling you how I turned this joke into my spelling mastering skill. I collected all my hard English words  and told mummy to dictate me those ones. I opened MS Words and I switched off the power of my monitor. Before this I ensured that spelling checking feature is enabled or not in MS Words. I started typing. After completing the typing all the words I switched ON the monitor and checked what are the red marks underlined words. These words are wrongly spelled. I started self correction and did all for those wrong words. Again I repeated same for second time I got 70% improvement and after third time I achieved 100% success. Now I am more smarter than my papa in English Spelling.

I use dictionary on my computer. Searching of words meaning is game of seconds. It was pretty difficult  to turn pages after pages  on hard copy dictionaries. For GK internet is more smart than any thing else.

I learned about physical map of South African countries with the help of online geography map game. And it is fun to do. Similarly I remembered the name of states , its capital and location of the states. Computer proves its friendship  in my almost maximum activity ( of class 8). Sometime I feel bore then I listen music on my computer.

I use Google Drive for storing my certificates to access it from anywhere any time. Sometime I do video conference with my cousin sister who are far away from me. There are other countless helping stories in which computer do wonder for me.

It is because of these reasons I think that among all of the electronic gadgets computer is my best friend.

Computer a Blessing (Boon) or a Curse for Students Essay for Class 5,7

439 words
Boon means blessing or advantage. Curse means solemn invocation of divine wrath on a person or thing. Here positive and negative impact of computer on students is the subject of concern.
Computer meaning-A computer is a programmable machine designed to automatically carry out a sequence of arithmetic or logical operations. Boon means blessing.
The first computer was developed by Charles Babbage. It was called the Differential and Analytical Engine and was a huge, 2 tone machine that was told what to do by punched cards.
Ability to connect to the internet is a tremendous blessing of the computer. Computer allows us to access huge information. Computers can store tremendous amount of data. They can process it in a fraction of seconds. They can manipulate it to give our expected analysis result. The computer in today time penetrated every facet of our lives. Home, schools, hospitals, banks, transport system, airlines, shopping malls, and Industry are completely depending on computer. Its performance cannot be thought without a computer. We can more easily research almost any topic we can think of. It is because of the ability of computer about speed , perfection , large capacity of data storage , tremendous efficiencies of data processing and data retrieving at lightening speed. These parameters have discarded human mind error of any business. It have resulted high per capita performance. In these sense computer is tremendous blessing to us.
But there is also negative side of this blessing. With spell check we become much less concerned with learning how to spell. With grammar check we find it less demanding to learn correct grammar usage. With the ability to develop and access huge databases of information we get lazy about learning and remembering things. We are using computer for also reminding us about daily work which is reducing our memory power. These are our mistake. But there are also supporting elements of computer. If suppose electricity goes off then our lives will be stopped. Thing about Y2K scare which required huge investing to eradicate the problem of Y2K. If satellites stopped working then we will be blind. Our bank will no more will be able to gives us electronic money. It will be a dangerous situation. We cannot communicate in absence of computers. So in these sense computer is curse.

But these problems if thought of in advance then curs of computer can be made less effective.
Conclusion:
My logic is that keeping ourselves at the pace of computer's performance and using our intellect power of inventions, we can stop the future disaster of computing errors and problems. So in this sense computer can do more blessing than curse.

Introduction

There are many things to know about the Internet banking system, especially if you are just now wanting to get involved with online internet banking system.
One of the main reasons that people decide to begin using Internet banking over regular banking is in reference to convenience. Everybody wants methods that are going to save them time and make daily tasks easier on them, and that is exactly what Internet banking does.

Internet banking was introduced in the early 80s. Many people have started availing to its facilities. Now, one does not have to wait in long queues at the bank nor to pay bills at some shopping center and Non of us want to stand in the queue for hours and hours also.
You can notify the bank of your change of address directly over the computer . Many other services that you would typically have to pay for are free as well when you complete them online with Internet banking, and this is primarily due to the fact that by completing Internet banking services you are saving the bank from having to use bank tellers, or manpower, to do the work for you.
The best thing about Internet banking is that it is fast and is available to a person in any part of the world, at anytime he or she needs it.
I have written this article only because to share my Internet Banking experience with all new users. Almost I have used maximum internet money related activities and sensed much more comfort. From money transfer to money deposit through ATM (available in few banks in Durgapur), I realized that it has become necessary to tell all in and outs of the internet banking facts. For last five year I never stood at teller window of any bank or any financial institution except extreme face-to-face requirement of the bank.

What can be done by online banking:

  1. Money transfer from one account to another account of same bank.
  2. Money transfer from one account of a bank to another account of other bank. This is also known as NEFT OR RTGS .

[**NEFT - The acronym “NEFT” stands for National Electronic Funds Transfer. Funds are transferred to the credit account with the other participating Bank using RBI's NEFT service. RBI acts as the service provider and transfers the credit to the other bank's account.

RTGS –The acronym “RTGS” stands for Real Time Gross Settlement. The RTGS system facilitates transfer of funds from accounts in one bank to another on a “real time” and on “gross settlement” basis. The RTGS system is the fastest possible inter bank money transfer facility available through secure banking channels in India. ]
  1. Rail ticket booking on www.irctc.co.in
  2. Equity (Share), mutual fund, and IPO purchasing.
  3. Hotel booking.
  4. Online PPF deposit electronically if the PPF account is in the same branch.
  5. Fixed Deposit , Recurring  deposit, Term Deposit, Demand Draft making can be controlled with your finger tips round the clock.
  6. Account statement checking round the clock.
  7. Mobile recharging. Prepaid or Postpaid.
  8.  Insurance premium payment.
  9.  Status of the insurance  can be viewed any time round the clock.
  10.  Electronic product like music , ebooks etc can be bought .
  11.  NSTSE (National Science Talent Search Examination ) form filling and its payment  can be done in a minute.
  12.  Job form filling and its payment if any.
  13.  Tax payment.
  14.  News  paper advertising payment.
And many more services can be availed. I can’t mentioned all . I have mentioned the above point only because we generally need these types of services.

System needed for internet banking (My recommendation as per my experience):
  1. A computer.
  2. Internet connectivity.
  3. Original Operating System.( e.g. XP PROFESIONAL ).
  4. Original Antivirus, Not a free version.

SECURITy  DETAIL :
Before going ahead I want to clear one thing that Indian banks are paying biggest priority on the security issue. The security issue is equally matters for the customer and the bank. I feel they are doing extraordinary innovation to give better and better service to the customer.
I feel , It is the only gift of electronic banking which had boosted Indian economy at faster rate than any other economy in the world. It is because of the acceptance and great know how of electronic media of Indian educated person.

Password:
  • Tell no one your password or other confidential information unless you are sure of their identity. Hackers sometimes impersonate technical support workers or others over the phone to obtain private information
  • Keep your password out of plain sight in your work area.It is better to maintain password in a diary.
  • I use Keepass (https://keepass.info/) software a freeware to control my all passwords with a master passwords.
  • Select a password that is hard to guess; avoid social security numbers, birth dates, PINs, or other obvious choices.
  • Never use your banking in cyber café, unless you know the machine physically and electronically.
  • Don’t allow all to use your computer. Make your computer personal if you use internet banking.
  • When your computer prompt to save password. Never give “yes” option. Always opt for “NO” or “NEVER”.
  • Make sure your browser supports secure transactions using up-to-date security features like encryption.
  • Take advantage of security and virus protection software that protects your computer from intrusion. (Intrution means act of coming uninvited or unwanted.)
  • When you walk away from your PC, turn it off, or turn on the screensaver password feature.
Good passwords are unique. Try using capitalization, non-letter characters, and other symbols with significance only to you. Instead of "carrot," for example, use "caRrOt8." Also, be sure to change your password periodically. Another example G?|1k<&L3/0(f .This password will be rated as Strong.
Use all security measures provided by your bank. Banks in India are providing various security and security measure is their top priority. Almost all the banks in India providing world’s most security feature of 128 bit encryption and SSL. If you don’t know about  the security features available in your bank then ask your bank managers about all security steps.
FOR BeGINnERS  MY RECCOMENDATION:

For learning Internet Banking, open an account with internet feature enabled. Keep minimum required fund for which amount you are scaling your risk at safe level. As the saving deposit amount is minimum therefore your risk is also minimum. This is only for reducing  mental fear of beginners. Actually nothing is of fear but I am mentioning these things only to achieve experience  with mental comfort. Now you can feel relax because your main bank account is safe. Suppose you want to transfer fund to your relative/ son / or others who is at another place ( far from you) you can drop one cheque  to your internet enabled bank and transfer the fund.By doing this you will acquire more experience and at one day you can keep bigger amount in your a/c and will become proficient with online system.
