"For me, I see the call of the Muezzin (a person who tells AZAN in Mosque) every morning «Come to Success» (In Arabic: Hai-A-Lal-Fala)as an instruction asking me to go out of the house and do something beneficial to me, and to achieve the daily fruitful and continuous product for mankind as well.

Although the Quran (or Koran) and the Hadith ask us to work with dedication and mastering, and to earn a living from the sweat of the brow, but we do not see an effective impact to that invitation in Muslim communities. We have no sustainable mechanisms to uphold the value of work and instill ethics in our hearts. Personally, I have conducted many of the frustrated conversations with the young people who feel that they have really acquired a job in the public sector, and when I ask someone, why do not think about working in the private sector, he or she shudders just thinking about the existence of the heavy workload and the expectation that his or her clothes and hands will be dirty through work.

There is much to be said for beehive as an ideal society or a microcosmic society that works perfectly. Every bee has a specified function in society. The work for each bee is an attribute carried with it naturally. We can see the reflection of 'masters in social work' in an individual bee.

Unfortunately, our society disdains for specific types of jobs, claiming that they are « improper or inferior » and suitable only for the poor only, where we hear these kinds of expressions all the time.

Returning to the example of the beehive, we don't find a bee claiming that its work is improper, or it is either working in a senior post or not work at all, but we see that every bee is an integral part of this community.

I do not know why the enterprise has faded when young people today prefer to relax in the comfort circle and to take a bold initiative to elevate them out of the daily routine, ugly circle, why I no longer see in the eyes of our youth a desire for excellence and leaving a unique imprint in the fields of trade, culture and politics as the fifties, the sixties and seventies generation did.

Special modified forms of paper are used for cleaning purpose E.g. paper soap, toilet paper, facial cleaning paper. Paper is also used for decoration purpose. It is also used for wrapping gifts. After banning of polythene paper's use for packaging of shop goods has been increased these days. Some kind of papers is very strong and can be used as strong box for packaging. Computer generated banners on paper are being used at large scale now a days. This happened because of cheaper and very good quality of colour print for banners. My mother says , when I was at the age of seven years, I was more interested to listen songs. Also I showed reflection of singing ability in those days. Still at this age It fits to my nature . I love to listen song because I feel a sense of accomplishment. I can isolate myself from the crowd and I can pass my time with full entertainment. It gives me new energy. It reduces my stresses. While listening music I feel out of world . I seldom hesitate to spend for my hobby. Importance of education to both the gender is compulsory for the betterment of society. However we need to assess the positive and negative impact of co-education. It is because few recent cases have put a question mark on co-education system.  

Before 19th century co-education was not widely accepted but In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, co-education grew at larger scale and become much more acceptable. At the end of 19th century 70% of American colleges were coeducational.

There are advantages and disadvantages of co-education. But according to the present situation co-education at school level is becoming dangerous.

Advantage of co-education: Social interactions create a better understanding between boys and girls.  Girls feel sense of equality in the society. Both boys and girls become known to many bad habits of each other. This can keep them alert for taking decision in future while achieving maturity. Boys get better treatment from female teachers and their wildness is contained. Sex doesn't remain a barrier for admission process in the school or colleges. If parents have son and daughter then they have option of putting their both wards in the same school and feel safe. Wilder relationship of boys towards girls are minimized as they become used to interact smoothly without hesitation and shakiness. 

Disadvantages of co-education (coed): Both boys and girls distract from study. Full concentration is lost. Teenagers get accidental pregnancy. Group fight occurs among the boys because of few good looking girls.

Let us explain a recent case of a school (the city name is kept hidden) two school girls of 12 and 14 years of age had got pregnant and their parents were completely didn't know the blunder. Symptoms became noticeable after seven months. Now they have to suffer the one time mistake for whole the life. These dangerous events cause to give birth of children by the children. The children were most probably unaware about the sex related issues. Doctor can't do anything after this stage except going for delivery.

There are some example of brutal murders of girls by the so called psychic lovers boys .  It is disturbing the peaceful atmosphere of the educational system.

I think co-education at school level should be banned.

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of USA categories water pollution into two broad categories Point source (Direct source)  and non-point source(indirect source). Point sources include effluent outfalls from factories, public house-holds, refineries, waste treatment plants etc. Non-point sources of pollutants enter the waterway from soils and from the atmosphere via rain water. These pollutants are human and agricultural residue like fertilizers, pesticides etc.

American are estimated as 5%  of world population and  dispose 30% of  world wastes. About 5000 people worldwide die daily because of dirty drinking water. About 46% of lakes in America are too polluted for fishing and aquatic life. (Resource Blacksmith Institute EPA).
But USA has done marvelous job in installing wastewater projects in the country. Already 10 bigger cities have world class wastewater treatment plant.

* water pollution control methods:  Pollution control has become the most important subject worldwide, because pollution is going to threat whole ecosystem of the globe in the due course of time. Here are the main points to check the water pollution.
1. The most important part to control pollution is the house hold waste treatment before its disposal into river. And it is better to reuse treated fresh water. 
2. Open air disposal of solid and liquid excreta must be banned and proper sanitation facilities to be provided to all. It is big task but it must be started in phased manner.
3. Wastewater treatment plants(wastewater treatment plants Picture) are to be installed. The government needs to go on massive investment and the treated water and byproduct of these plant must be reused for better cost benefit for the national economic gain. This sector has bigger opportunity globally. Already a mega undergoing project of wastewater treatment plant in Atotonilco, Hidalgo, Mexico  is in the completion mode .  It will be the largest wastewater treatment plant of its kind , having largest per day fresh water production capacity in the world. this project will be used for irrigation of 80000 ha land inTula valley of Hidalgo state of Mexico . This  incident of my childhood has been narrated by my mother because at that time I was too young to capture those wonderful memories. 

This event happened with me when I was just three years old. The weather was cool with sunny day. It was Thursday my father was leaving for office. I was playing with my toys as usual inside my house. After my mother saw off my father for office, she started to talk with our neighbour for short while.

I was feeling very natural with my usual daily routine of playing, unfortunately something came in mind that I, by mistake locked the main entrance door of my house. It was also a part of my free attitude. Till then everything was normal and felt no any problem. But After that my mother was about for entering inside the house then she found the door was at locked condition. She went to another door of my house, there again she noticed that the other door was also at closed state. She  fell  fully in tension because she knew that I was inside the house. 

She was in bad temper and was out of her control. Her temper level was also going higher and higher. She started to shout. Because of her shouting I also became afraid and I also started to shout.

  She didn’t knew that what to do then? Nothing was coming in her mind. She started crying when she looked from the window the live Iron (press iron for clothe). But she even then thought an idea to guide me for opening the door; which I closed. She tried every thing to teach me the door opening steps, but I was too young to get those steps of opening the door. Then my mother's eye was filled with tear at that time I became afraid and felt that perhaps I was in big trouble. Then I tried to put out my little leg from the narrow opening between the door and the door wall. Sometimes I was raising my hand sometimes my leg and sometimes I was looking through the door small holes. I then started crying mummy!  mummy!  mummy!.......... mummy!

Within twenty minutes all my neighbour were standing in front of my house and everyone was trying to open the door.  After half an hour they concluded that the door must be broken. But my mother was in big trouble and was telling that my daughter might become very much afraid with this activity. Then what happened my mother thought a beautiful trick, she started hitting the door ; which has top side shutter. Her idea was very nice after 30 seconds the shutter fell down and the door got opened. I rush with big happiness  and jumped into my mother's lap and hold her very much tightly. This event was very much close to my heart. This incident of my childhood put to feel me about my mother's love towards me. I usually request my mom to tell this event. I also shared this event of my childhood with  close friends. I also wrote essays about this incident and shared to my family and class 6 students. They enjoyed this very much.

The Wildlife Protection Society Of India (WPSI) was founded in 1994 by Belinda Wright. From its inception, WPSI's main aim has been to bring a new focus to tackle India's growing wildlife crisis. It provides support and information to government authorities to combat poaching and the escalating illegal wildlife trade.

I said invisible because it can only perceived and can not be seen. 

Where and when we have to practice honesty:

*In queue we have to be very honest to maintain it.

*While distributing something among family or in equal group.

Why people are Dishonest Today: It is noticed that human ethical index is degrading day by day. It is because the human beings have shifted from religious  belief and become more scientific. But they don't know that science only gives solution of naturally available thing. But creator is God; who created everything and is watching everyone. Honesty can only be judged in front of  God and not in front of any law, system, anyone etc. Many of us also forget that science is very limited it will not be able to discover unlimited nature. If one consumes whole energy of the earth even then ten percent of sky distance is unreachable. It is my own calculation and according to my belief. Another example of perceiving the creator is that a bird flying above thousand feet can look the very small grains and the bird can fly thousand of kilometer from one country to another with its small 500g muscle. Don't anybody think this while flying in flight which requires gallons of oil to cover only 1000 km.  If anyone can understand this then he is with my view.

Conclusion:  We have to realize the value of honesty otherwise social, economical balance will be lost. One day we have to answer our life before God. परिचय : हर साल की तरह इस बार फिर गर्मी का दिन अपना कहर बरपाने आ गया था। पिछले साल की तुलना में इस बार गर्मी अधिक पड़ने के आशार है।

ग्रीष्म अर्थात गर्मी का मौशम (season) अप्रैल से जून तक India में रहता है। इस मौशम में दिन लम्बा और रातें बहुत छोटी होती हैं। तापक्रम (2012 के record से बता रहा हूँ ); लगभग 48 अंश (degree) तक पहुँच गया था । मौसम वैज्ञानिक (meteorologists) के अनुसार जब उत्तरी गोलार्ध में( june , july और August में) गर्मी का मौशम रहता है तो दक्षिणी गोलार्ध में दिसंबर , जनवरी और फरवरी में सर्दी का मौशम (season ) रहता है । स्कूलों और विश्वविद्यालयों को आम तौर पर गर्मियों में बंद कर दिया जाता है । गर्म मौसम के कारण सभी देशों में, गर्मी का छुट्टी दिया जाता है । इस छुट्टी का लाभ लेने के लिए बहुत से लोग ठंड स्थान पर घूमने जातें हैं। हालांकि अलग-अलग देशों में यह छुट्टी भिन्न-भिन्न दिनांक में पड़ता है। संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका , के पब्लिक स्कूलों में आमतौर पर देर जून से holiday सुरु होता है । इंग्लैंड और वेल्स में , स्कूल  जुलाई के मध्य में समाप्त होता है और सितंबर में फिर से शुरू होता है । गर्मी की छुट्टी स्कॉटलैंड में देर जून से शुरू होती है और देर अगस्त के मध्य में समाप्त होता है।

अब मै  बताने जा रहा हूँ की गर्मी की छुट्टी कैसे बिताएं।  यह बहुत ही ध्यान देने वाली बात है।

गर्मी के छुट्टी (vacation) में क्या करें : गर्मी की छुट्टी को सही ढंग से बिताना अपने आप में एक कला है। यह कला सभी को जरूर जननी चाहिए। क्योंकि कोई भी समय सामरिक (strategic ) ढंग से बिताना चाहिए। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि समय सबसे अधिक कीमती होता है।  गर्मी का मौसम असहनीय होता है । इस समय को अच्छा से पार करने के लिए बहुत कुछ किया जा सकता है । मै बहुत से विकल्प के बारे में बताने जा रहा हूँ।

पहला : इस गर्म अवाधि  को आप कहीं ठंढे स्थान पर ब्यतीत कर सकते हैं । जैसे यदि आप India  में रहते हैं तो आप दार्जीलिं, दीघा , नैनीताल या कश्मीर जा सकते हैं । इससे यह फायदा होगा की साल में आपका घूमने की सूची (schedule) पूरी हो जायेगी और अलग मौसम में आपका मूल्यवान समय बच जायेगा।

दूसरा : आप इस समय कोअच्छेसे बिताने के लिए एक और अच्छा चुनाव कर सकते हैं । वह क्या है । यदि आपकिसी विषय में कमजोर हैं , तो आप उस विषय पर पूरा समय देकर उसे मजबूत बना सकते हैं । मुझे जितनी जानकारी है उसके अनुसार मै जानता हूँ कि बहुत से बच्चे english language और mathematics में कमजोर होतें है । उन बच्चों के लिएयह बिलकुल सही वख्त है जिसमे वे अपने कमजोरी को मजबूती में बदल सकते हैं।

तीसरा: यदि आपको ऊपर के विकल्प पसंद नहीं है तो मै आपको तीसरा विकल्प बता रहां हूँ । आका जरूर कोई hobby होगा , जैसे आप अगर गायकी में आनंद रखते हैं , या musical instrument बजाने के शौकीन हैं तो आप इस समय को चुन सकते हैं ।

चौथा : अब मै आपको एक और अच्छा चुनाव बता रहा हूँ।आजकल कंप्यूटर के बगैर कोई भी अपने जीवन में सफल नहीं बन सकता है । इस अवधी को कंप्यूटर सीखने केलिए बहुत अच्छे से उपयोग में लाया जा सकता है । इसके लिए एक Institute ज्वाइन किया जा सकता है । देखिये बहोत से बच्चे बोलते हैं की वे कंप्यूटर जानते हैं। लेकिन मै पते की बात अभिभावकों को बता देना चाहता हूँ की कंप्यूटर व्योहारिक ढंग से जानना जरूरी है। मै क्या कहना चाह रहां हूँ इसका मतलब आप समझ रहे हैं।
