The evolution of food from eating raw meat to eating delicacies from the finest chefs of the world has been tremendous, but with change comes advantages and disadvantages. The basic amount of fats, vitamins and minerals should be provided and made available to everyone. It is really important that children should be given proper nutrition. There are many cases and incidents of children being malnutrition or having unhealthy diets. The many causes of diseases are because of unhealthy eating habits. People should be aware of the adulteration of food and should be careful before buying items.

It is a common notion that a person should eat like a king for breakfast, like a queen for lunch and like a beggar for dinner. It is generally advised that a person should have proper eggs, cereals, smoothies etc for breakfast because when the fast is broken after sleep, he/she should get all the essential energy which is needed for the long day, for lunch vegetables, meat and fruits should be included and dinner should also include few portions of all the essential items. The main factor over here is that young children should concentrate on the intake of the food items which are healthy because it will benefit them in the later run. Food is the lifeblood of our body.

It was a really great experience for me because many of my qualities were revealed like leadership skills, decision-making skills etc.

In the country which I live, cricket is not just a game, it plays a very important part in each and everyone's life. It has become a symbol of togetherness and it has changed many person's lives.

The very great personalities in the cricket genre are Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, Imran Khan, Kapil Dev and the list goes on and on because when people play cricket they always try to be perfect in it and excel in it, this is the very power of cricket, to make people inspire and make their passion of cricket fulfilled. Apart from all the games, cricket has remained in my heart forever. Today, in the present, looking back at those days, it gives me happiness, it makes me thankful for cricket has been introduced to me.

Visiting a shopping malls is very enjoyable for me. As it provides change from daily repeatitive schedule work. Huge lighting gives extra cheer and energy. Shopping Mall given us shopping with comfort. No more smoke and dust of the market can disturb while shopping.

The shopping has partly transformed from "Kirana" and "Boutiques" to organised shops like malls, hypermarkets, supermarkets and lifestyle stores. Mall can be one word for market for all.

On the occasion of Durga Puja we use to visit our super markets Bigbazar of Citycentre Durgapur. This shopping mall brought very much comfort to us. At least we now have a clean place for our entertainment. Now we can opt different brands for same type of product. The food items are usually of superior qualities. Shopping with comfort of air-conditioned cool air become possible due to shopping malls culture. There are perfect combination of surrounding shops for eatables. South Indian dish or North Indian dish or Chinese etc are all available very close. The 89 Cinema are at the top floor of the Bigbazar. It is very neat and clean and have four screens. We can watch movies according to our choices.

The negative sides of the shopping malls are that they are little bit costlier than open market. Negotiation are not possible there. Open market are still giving tough competition to the shopping mall because of cheap sense. Major purchasing class of India still prefer cheap goods over lifestyle comfort of marketing system. Because of this reason many shopping malls are failing in its business. It is also because very limited research are done about consumer habits of a particular zone.

Monitor is a student who monitors and takes care of the class and students activities in absence of the teacher. He makes the class to keep quite in absence of teacher or when teacher does something.

One boy & one girl of a class are nominated by the teacher for monitor. If these two students get majority of the students of that class , then they become the monitor of the class. If they do not get majority the process is repeated by nominating other two students.

Teacher gives duties to each of the two monitors. They have to bring the attendance register and the teacher's record book from the office. They bring Duster and Chalk daily. The maintain discipline in the class. They have extra power on the students of their class to complain and to suggest teacher for daily class maintenance. It doesn't mean that they will misuse their power against any student. If they do so then the majority of the class can take a decision to replace him or her.

Class monitor must have certain qualities and behaviour. He should be calm and behave in easy way, so that no ignore you. You must be honest towards each student in carrying out complain against any student. You first need to handle any abnormal event in peaceful way. If it is ignore, then a warning is to be conveyed in a strong way. If the situation become uncontrolled then the situation must be complained in very honest way , so that each student respect your honest reporting. In this way any student can become the better class monitor. If someone irritate you by harsh word or by making your cartoon then don't bother yourself. It is the very normal way of objecting the leaders by his followers at many instance and situation. Learn toleration more and more. It is one of the highest virtue of a good leader.

One important advice for class monitor is that Don't mix your mindset with your study. Be a nurmal student just like top performer of the class. Because your purpose is to get education in the school and not becoming a class manager.

Bad manners means wrong behaviour; which always hurt and no one will accept and welcome those who behaved wrongly and directly , Indirectly it resulted into crime and threat to society.

In short good manners play very important role in our daily life. Your parents and family as well as teachers will be happy if they see you behaved in a good manner everywhere.

Few good manners which I would like to share with all of you, which will help everyone to become good child, a good student and good citizen.

Be kind, polite, respectful and helpful especially with adults.
Be punctual IN SCHOOL. Obey the school's rules. Pay attention to the teachers. Be respectful to the teachers and staff. Do immediately what you are directed to do. Do not answer back.
Tell the truth - always. It takes courage to tell the truth. Cowards tell lies out of fear. Respect everyone’s rights. No pushing, fighting. No foul language; no swearing Avoid signaling,sending signs when class time is up. Contribute to the class discussion when appropriate. Don't mess house,school . If you do, clean it up immediately. Don’t bully. Prevent bullying. Report bullying. Don't litter the class room, school grounds or anywhere. Report acts of damage being committed. Be respectful of public and private property. Don’t steal from anyone. When we talk we should always be polite and it is not proper to point or to stare at others who might be of a different religion or color. Do not interrupt when our parents are talking each other. Open the door and invite the guests in, smile and be welcoming. Don't go visiting unless you are invited or you have phoned to see if it is convenient.
Make up your bed, tidy the room, keep your kinship out of the way and it goes without saying, always leave the bathroom stainless!
Be sure to say, "Thank you" when you leave. Recompense by inviting your friend to your house sometime in the future.
Do your best and Never get into a fight.
Apologise unhesitatingly and instantly if you make a mistake.

We are living God's way because of the preserved messages of almighty in the religious books; that came with the messengers of the God. Books give us information and knowledge. It also entertains us anytime, anywhere. We can get rid of lonelinees with the help of a book. We may not agree with the view of an author of a book, even then we get many ideas for producing new critical ideas with their views in the books. The books never break its friendship like human beings until we quit it. It never takes return of any good doings on us. The books benefit us with each glimpse. Therefore I perceived in my life that the books are my best friend.
We wander here and there for private tutors, but seldom concentrate on books . I believe that books are the best teacher in the world. We just need to use books cleverly. It needs only concentration line by line to understand the subject and not merely reading text. Be connected with this loyal friend because it will water your life with immense intelligence and will boost your learning in all dimensions.
As books are my best friend I keep them near my reach in my study room. I never arrange books daily in Almirah to avoid time wastage. I have used a wooden cot and made subject-wise crust to get books quickly at the time of need. I never sold my books because I love them. I handle my books carefully to keep them fit and in good condition. This is compulsory to strengthen attention and feeling towards book reading. Books are one of the best resources to shape and guide our life in right direction.

Book is something which has been shown great path to human kind by preserving message of God in The Ingeel, The Bible, The Taurat, The Quran, The Bhagwat Geeta, The Ramayana etc. These books have largest impact on the life of human beings from ancient time till date.

Sports Day in My School Essay for Class 4

Sport day is an important activity of a school. Sometimes it is organised by many schools jointly. Sport day is usually organised in the month of November in India. Students participate in many sporting events like race, throw ball, volleyball, dodge ball, running, relays, shot put, javelin throw, etc. with the aim of proving their abilities and with winning sentiments for prizes and awards.

Events are grouped as per grade of the students. That means all the students of one grade of participating schools are labelled with serial number while participating in race event. Students select the sport events before 15 or 20 days and do practice in the schools at last period. Sport teachers help these students to make them known to general idea and rules of their selected sport event. Sometimes the competition is set among the blue, red, green and yellow houses. The captain of the house does his best to become winner.

Before seven days the students are tasted with demo competition. Last year sport day was held on June 6, 2013. One big cake was made by our school. The cake was kept on a big platform. House prefects (captains) were leading each house. A march was organised. Our chief guest was from Canada. His name is Mr. Danniel Thomas. Early in the morning around 8 am our chairman flew two white pigeon in the sky with the chief guest. After that, light torch was handed over by each house captain to each other by running. Subsequently sports events were completed one by one. At the end the organising members delivered speech about sport and its benefit. Final message was delivered by the chief guest. At last real moment ultimately reached for which the participant were eager to watch. It is prize distribution. School students were clapping and praising the winners. I also won 3rd position in 100 m race. I was very proud, though I don't like sport too much , but I felt happy for the winning moment.

Rabindranath Tagore was a great Indian poet. He being a poet was also an extraordinary thinker and set many footprints of liberal thought of life. He was a noble prize winner for "Gitanjali".
Here I am explaining the celebration of the birth day of Rabindranath Tagore in our school.

At early morning our principal put a garlands on the portrait of Rabindranath Tagore. Just after a group song recited by children of various classes. After that two children recited a poem about the life history of Rabindranath Tagore one by one. A group dance (Bharatnatyam) performed by the students of class 8 and 10. At the end teachers and students delivered the message of Rabindranath Tagore. Thereafter the audience were requested to sing Rabindra Sangeet. One person sang a beautiful Rabindra Sangeet with harmonium. After that our principal gave final message to the audience for learning great things in life by cultivating the excellence of Rabindranath Tagore’s life. At end a prayer was performed by all the school students.

Essay On A Magic Show You Enjoyed

A Magic is an art that uses spells to show mysterious things and outrageous events overtly. A Person who practices magic shows is known as magician ( or illusionist ) . In ancient time there were prevalence of institutions to learn magic and to teach magic. There are available magic book, but magic crazy people are less in today's time.

Magic is usually done by tricks. Recently with my family I went to see a magic show of world famous magician PC Sarkar ( junior).
My father bought four tickets for us. It was of 3 to 4 hours show. Various Ticket classes and its tickets rate were as given below:
Member - Rs. 100
Associate member - Rs. 200
Guest- Rs. 300
V I P - Rs. 500

First we entered the hall and took our seats. The hall was very big and beautifully decorated. I was very much excited to see it. Because it was my first time I was about to watch a magic show. The light of the hall were switch off and the darkness spread in the hall. Few guidelines where announced before the show. These were : no one will roam here and there while the show goes on. It has been instructed not to eat anything during the show. All were also advised to switch of mobile. And everybody advised to keep silence. And they also warned not to make video.

The show started with a leser show with charming bollywood songs and frills. Each event was an innovative glimpse of happiness for me because it was my first magic show of my life. The first magic shown by the magician was of writing on blackboard without seeing it. He surprised everyone by writing the formula of (a+b+c)^2🐍 with closed eye. The formula questions were written on the board. The magician write the right hand side part with closed eye.

Next he balanced the girl on the tip of the sword. I was shocked to see it that how he is balancing the girl . The third was very risky magic because the magician was going to cut himself into two pieces. It was awesome magic show. I really enjoyed the show very much.

The concentration of the naturally occurring substances like sodium, magnesium, calcium and other wastes set the definition of contamination. What is Machine:

So 'time machines' may be explained as device which can take us in the existence of past , present and future. Alternatively we can say that a time machine is a machine which is capable of transporting a person backward or forward in time. Using a time machine we can see the past time i.e. the early days and also we can see the future times. Before writing about my invention I would like to focus the idea of time machine with the help of the two most popular Japanese Cartoon series ; which are very interesting and most famous amongst the children.

Similarly there is a cartoon series which may you will be familiar too of Doraemon and Kiterestu. I would like to write this essay by giving examples.

About Doraemon Cartoon:

1^st example: Doraemon is Japanese manga (a Japanese genre of cartoons having a fantasy theme) series created by Fujiko Fujio which was first appeared in December 1969 . The series is about a robotic cat named Doraemon who travels back in time with the help of time machine from the 22^nd century to help a pre-teen boy named Nobita Nobi. Nobita experiences nothing but misery and misfortunate for sometimes for his life, family and his future. So always he insists Doraemon to help him by seeing his future or sometimes past to know about him, his parents and his friends with the help of time machine. He is jealous of some of his friends like Dekisugi because he is good in studies and score good marks. For this he uses time machine to know about his future scores of examination. Doraemon has to travel through time and it has to drive its time machine at full speed to make it work. The time machine of Doraemon is in Nobita’s desk drawer. It is a simple platform with a control and a clock to set time in it.

History of Kiterestu Daihyakka

2^nd example: Kiterestu Daihyakka is a science fiction manga also created by Fujiko Fujio which was first introduced in children’s magazine Kodomo no Hikari from April 1974 through July 1977 and was finally made into cartoon animation. He frequently travels in time with his friends, Miyoko and his robot Korosuke in the time machine which he invented by himself. The time machine is made up of wood like a bench covered from all sides and with a controller to maintain the time. He uses time machine initially for new invention because it is his hobby.

My Fantacy with Time machine:

If I would invent a time machine with any physical appearance then I would also like to travel in time. But except these fantasy I will program the time machine to control my house activities. For example the electric switches automatic operation , closing the water taps, shutting the doors, attending the phone calls and reminding me about my study plan. I will also check my future success by travelling in future.

I will be excited or aggressive to know especially of my ancestors to know about that time, their lifestyles, the way of living, culture, tradition etc because history is one of my most interesting hobby. Also like Nobita to know my future I would like to travel in future time to see the changes, sophistication of machines and the difficulties of human beings regarding water, air, global warming etc in time to come. Adventures On a Magic Carpet Essay for Class 4

By Anusa: (600 words): Carpet is a covering used to cover the floor etc. Adventure on magic carpet is a renowned subject in context of Disney magic carpet story or Aladdin's magic carpet story. I watched Aladdin Magic carpet cartoon yesterday. I liked it much, but I didn't expect that it will carry in my mind such that it will make an entry into my dream.

Last night I went to bed at 10 o'clock. At the time of sleeping I was thinking of Aladdin and his magic. I was looking into the sky. The stars were twinkling. I was thinking about this cartoon's story. I don't know when I fell into sleep. Later I understood that I was dreaming after that. Now I am narrating the dream. It was a sandy place alongside of a sea with some varieties of small and big plants. The coconut trees were adding more beauty to the place. It is the place; where I was standing in the dream. After a while I was walking away from the seashore. Suddenly I saw a white colored big palace. The palace was shining and catching the glimpse of everyone. I moved close to it and entered inside it. I looked here and there, but there was no one inside the palace. I saw that there were many things, but my eye stopped on a bright light coming from a corner. I moved slowly and slowly and saw a beautiful carpet. The carpet was of blue color. I tried to pick it, but it moved away from me. Again I tried, but again it moved away. Third time I succeeded and got it.

I opened the carpet, but suddenly it started to fly taking me on it. I started to cry because it came out of the palace and was flying high in the sky. After a while I was feeling adventures with the speed of the carpet and was enjoying the beautiful scene of the sky. When I saw downside then I surprised completely because I was flying at an unexpected height. The cities were looking small. Now fear of height and coming down method was striking in my mind. When I looked at my left side then I found four buttons of four colors. Then my fear turned into querying mind. I leaned down and I pressed one of them and noticed that the carpet was coming down. Again I pressed another button and noticed that the carpet was going up. I tried other two buttons and found that the carpet was behaving like a friend. Now real adventure of flying carpet is fulfilling my lifetime dream. I increased the speed of the magic carpet to cross over a sea. Within few minute I crossed the sea and come near the ground. I saw a poor boy walking on the way. I felt very sad and I felt angry on the rich people. I snatched big money from a Business man and flew away. Within a minute I went to the poor boy and gave all the money. I was very happy by helping the boy. The boy was shaking hands with a smile I was also shaking my hand. Suddenly my mother slapped me and was telling angrily that at sleeping condition you are beating me again and again. Get up and be prepared for the school. I was stubbed because I was out of a beautiful dream. I told my mummy that If she could wait a little then I could see the happiest moment of the dream. My mother was laughing at me.

Garden means 'A piece of ground, often near a house, used for growing flowers, fruit, or vegetables.' Synonyms of garden are park - yard - pleasure ground. Garden captivate us with its beauty. The most beautiful characteristics of the garden is the green color's sensations . The green color conduces feeling of happiness whenever we see a garden. Bright gestures are disposed on our face . God has granted the most beautiful green color to us which is the widespread ornament of a garden.

Garden is very much advantageous for healthy living. It gives good looks ; that keeps us feel good even when our mind is upset. It gives us fresh oxygen with the help of green plants. It repute our house and introduce personal touch to the guest and relatives. It generates our physical involvement and thus keeps us healthy , therefore we need not do extra exercise to burn out our calories.

The garden can be made good looking and charming with flowers, vegetables, guava tree, palm tree, lemon tree, papaya and fruits. Flowers alone can not provide real beauty to the garden. Medium size tree planted with certain layout can make a beautiful garden.

I am fond of gardening. I have sufficient space in front of my house. I have planted two palm tree near the two gate pillars. The path from the garden gate upto house door is paved with cementing work. The two sides of the path have flowers and medium size tree ; which give real beauty and shade in the sunlight. I planted low height shrubs along the two sides of the entrance path. Besides shrubs and flowers, I also have guava tree, medium height mango tree, lemon tree and custard tree. These tree gives us few fresh fruits/vegetables.
For gardening few gardening accessories are needed. They are towel, shovel, hoe, pruners, wheelbarrow and water hose.
One thing to be remember that if anybody really wants to have a nice garden then it is to be remembered that the plants need food and water to grow . But we always forget it.
Gardening is todays most demanded need to mitigate the global warming and to stop the natural calamities. Recently the cloudburst , flashflood and landslide of Utterakhand (India) has given the sign of natural unbalance for which we are responsible. Therefore it is our utmost duty to be a cause of adding balance to nature by planting more greenery and support a little help to combat natural calamities.
