Essay on Artificial Intelligence (against ) | Negative impacts of artificial intelligence

Science has developed itself skillfully, except that it's 2016 and we still don’t have a lamp with a genie inside it that can fulfill all our deepest desires. I say it has developed itself skillfully because they have created Robots by employing artificial intelligence on them. Robots are the mobile Google. They are made with human-like qualities in them.

With the advancement of technology, artificial intelligence is without a doubt, a hot topic these days. It has its share of merits but its demerits are also plenty. From its beginnings to the present time, Artificial Intelligence has had to face a series of problems.

Essay on Artificial Intelligence

Let’s have a look at some of them today!:
The main criticisms of artificial intelligence have to do with their inability to completely imitate a human being. The critics ignore that no single human has the capacity to solve all kinds of problems and authors like Howard Gardner have proposed that there are multiple bits of intelligence. An artificial intelligence system should solve problems. Therefore, it is fundamental in its design to delimit the types of problems that it will solve and the strategies and algorithms that it will use to find the solution. In humans, the ability to solve problems has two aspects: the innate aspects and the learned aspects.

Do not think:
Other experiments such as John Searle's Chinese Room have shown how a machine can simulate thought without having it and can pass many tests without even understanding what it does. Some have criticized this for the obvious fact that the machine is not actually thinking, but acting on a preset schedule. This criticism dissolves if one considers the education of humans as preset programs since education would be to transmit rules, procedures and algorithms to a student to solve problems and make decisions.

Depends on programs
The innate aspects allow, for example, to store and retrieve information in memory and learned aspects of solving a mathematical problem using the appropriate algorithm. Just as a human must have tools that allow him to solve certain problems, artificial systems must be programmed in such a way that they can solve certain problems. Many people consider that the Turing test has already been overcome. There are those who talk about an artificial intelligence program for a chat.

Replaces human being:
The negative impacts of artificial intelligence also include that it will replace man and many people will be left without work and not have money to pay their needs. Also, it will leave man without having to do anything since the machines would be the only ones doing the jobs and men will no longer be able to work as before.

Some other disadvantages of AI are:
1. The supplementation of human capacity to perform manual labor.
2. If we were able to equip the computer and / or electrical devices with intelligence, it could very well affect us adversely.
3. They do not have self-consciousness or emotions or self-awareness (emotions, sociability, etc.)
4. Cannot handle the true meaning of anything and can only do what is programmed.
5. Machines cannot really think.
6. General signature is not creative.

Essay on 'The Importance of Farmer' For Class 4

Farmers are the persons because of whom we are living a healthy life, it is because of them that we are able to eat three meals a day. It is because of them that we are not finding difficulty to produce our own food, they should be the one's who should be most respected in the society. Life of a farmer is ridden with poverty and they work very hard to make the ends meet. We should appreciate their hard work and thank them for the meal which we are able to eat with satiety.

Essay on

Imagine the world where farmers did not exist, it is for sure that our life wouldn't have been same as it is now. Many people waste food with or without the knowledge. I think that it is our duty to make sure that each and everyone knows the importance of farmers.

It is really very ironic to find that farmers who are the meal makers, find it difficult to eat food because they are deprived of all the basic amenities. According to the statistics, many farmers are committing suicide because they are unable to pay the loans or they are unable to provide for their family. It is really sad to know that the important persons in our life are making us happy but they themselves are not leading a happy life. It is really important that a general awareness should be made about the lives of farmers, they should be given free or affordable amenities to have a happy and prosperous life and farmers children should be given free education.

It is important that each and every farmer should be made aware with the recent advancement in the agrarian technology and they should be given this technology to make their life an easier road.

Essay on 'The Role of the Media in raising Children'

Children need care and attention by their parents, also need a sound education. Through this sound education, children can stand up the society and the nation for better. In the past, the family was the only educator for children in cooperation with the school. However, many influences have entered in education with the evolution of life. The most important influence is the visible and audible media such as radio, TV and newspapers. Therefore, media has a significant impact on the education of the children.

The role of the media in raising children

The media is one of the most dangerous items that may affect the lives of our children, so it is easy to reach them in our home. There are no longer any limits or barriers to cross these means. It is a double-edged sword and we can determine the extent of their usefulness or harmfulness . In other words, media can affect children positively and negatively through the expansion of the perceptions of the individuals who can recognize the customs and cultures of different peoples. This leads to good behaviours and the development of civilization in some cases, but also is quoted with some wrong behaviours that don't commensurate with the teachings of the religion, customs and traditions of society and spread among the society, especially adolescents.

We do not deny that children have rights and duties that they must possess in the family, but at the same time there are things that should not be within their rights, so we must insist not to have them and prevent them to watch and see through the media.

To conclude, we have to hint that the parents should activate their role in monitoring their children from the media. We cannot close the door of evolution in front of our children, but surveillance must be directing them, and control over what they receive through these means and address them at the appropriate time whenever and whatever they receive from Information through it.

Essay on 'Significance of independence in my life'

Independence is something which everyone wants, which everyone needs and which everyone will fight for. Independence in my life is of utmost importance because without independence we are just surviving and not living life to our fullest.

The greatest example is of Independence which India fought for its country because as a whole a country cannot survive without being independent, then how can we? India has fought for its country through blood and sweat, through traumatic experiences and also, the memories are still remnant in the hearts of every individual who has seen independence. But we greatly celebrate the Independence day because we are happy that we are no longer crumbled and exploited in the hands of the colonisers. So I take inspiration from the past events .

Significance of independence in my life

Life is lived only once and the important part of life is having independence, i.e. living on your own terms and having a free spirited life. It is the most prized possession in any person's life because having a prison-like life will make a person lost.

A person will grow and find his true qualities only when he/she is given a chance to be independent and is also given his/her own space. There are many people in this world who are not given the chance to be independent, it is either because they are socially deprived or because of their inner mental inability.

Significance in my life of independence is like a bird in a cage, which is supposed to be free. The cage might be the outward forces or the inner one but realising your own values is important.

The importance of independence is not only in my life but also in the lives of others. Many sociological aspects can be said about this because there are many people in this world who are deprived of their freedom. The children are exploited through child labour and child marriage because they don't know the importance of freedom in their life, they don't know that having freedom in their life is their birthright.

Many women are also not given freedom to live on their own terms, they should know that life itself is freedom. Having freedom will make you alive, it will not let you be monotonous or unhappy. It should be us, who should free ourselves from the mental cage, from the imaginary prison and once we remove that, we will be in utmost serenity and glory.

The conclusion over here could be said that it has been said in many poems and prose, it has been indirectly hinted to us that fighting for our freedom is not rebellion but it is a right, it is a normal aspect which each and everyone should be made aware of and when we'll know the importance of it, we will develop from within, we will know what is right or wrong, we will strive, we will achieve and like the Independence day, we will also celebrate our own freedom.

Essay on Demonitization ( рдиोрдЯ рдмंрджी) in India

Demonitisation is a very good tool to arrest black money. It was implemented with a very good intention to make India free of parallel black economy and black money.

But the actual problem was in implementation. A lot of homework was needed for taking into account few critical issues of common people like critical illness, small business, old age people's concern , farmer's issues, inefficiency of rural banks etc. It is because demonitasation brought a phobia of non-eligibility of old currencies in hospital and other vital shops even after permission of the government for critical issues of common people. It is because government cannot manage each and every person. It has been noticed that many institutions and medical shops have denied to accept old currency. It is also because these person or institution might had black money and were unable to accept more old currencies. These are the hidden issues that must be thought before theoretical homework. A macro and micro assessment were needed for ground level problems.

As far as I know, the decision may brighten the future of nation, but it`s social benefit and loss cannot be calculated right now. And it is too early to produce data of benefit or loss. After 31st December the picture will be somewhat clear. A big support will be needed to correct the problems of small businessmen facing the monitory transaction.

Demonitisation ( рдиोрдЯ рдмंрджी ) in more details:
Essay on Demonitization in India

Undeclared income is usually obtained through illegal means or is the direct result of corruption. A swift crackdown on this can lead to a weeding out of corruption on a nationwide scale, The government also mentioned this was a move to promote digital transactions and e-wallets so as to improve surveillance using economic transactions. A credit or debit card or ewallet transactions can be monitored via the banking computers and this can give the government precise data on what a person doing at different times of the day helping them identify potential criminals before they commit a crime. Separating anti-government and anti-national voices would be a key part of this surveillance. Any activity that tries to impact nationalistic sentiments should not be allowed but dissent is as much a part of democracy as elections and discouraging constructive criticism is not an acceptable practice in any democratic setup.

On November 8th 2016 the prime minister of India, announced on television that ₹1000 and ₹500 notes will no longer be legal tender from midnight that day. The timing of the announcement was impeccable, it was announced at night 8 o'clock on prime time television just as the news of Donald Trump’s election victory in the United States of America was filtering through. As soon as the announcement was made, questions were raised about the legality of the issue. The paper currency of a country is given its value by the gold reserves maintained by the Reserve Bank of the country. This reserve gives the reserve bank governor the power to distribute legal documents to the citizens that we refer to as currency notes. It is ultimately the decision of the reserve bank governor if a currency can be legal tender or not and the Prime Minister’s popularity made him the perfect person to announce this move to the country. In his announcement the prime minister said this is a move to combat undeclared income and counterfeit currency.

Demonetization was a major move in keeping with the Government’s promise to tax all undeclared assets in the nation. Over the course of the years the government had asked citizens to declare their undeclared assets with increasing fines the later they declared it. The fines levied increased rapidly during the course of the last two years with 10% tax being levied at the start of the tenure now increasing to 45% tax for those who declare undeclared assets by September 2017. The prime minister in his speech announcing demonetization said that 1.25 lakh crore rupees of black money had been already retrieved. A retrospective look on whether demonetisation was necessary is an exercise of futility. What is more significant is understanding the impact it will have on the economic, social and political situation in the country. ₹1000 and ₹500 notes made up roughly 85% of the circulating cash in the country. An overnight announcement giving no time for preparation left a large percentage of the country cashless. This threw the banks into crisis control mode with long lines being the norm in every branch. There were numerous instances of crowds becoming uncontrollable and causing damage to bank property. The biggest impact was the non-functioning of ATMs as they were not recalibrated for the new notes. The Reserve Bank had instructed the banks to stock ATMs with 100 rupee notes. Prime Minister gave strong decision to not to levy toll tax to keep the economy on right track. In real sense it helped a lot to the road transport. The old currencies validation at Indian Railway was also a big support to the railway transport. These decisions were very much effective to save the foundation of our economy. These decisions are praiseworthy.

The immediate after effect of demonetization was a cash crunch like never before. The lines at banks meant that essential human resource was wasted standing in queues and this meant the economy was almost at a standstill. Most of the transactions that would have happened on a daily basis ceased almost completely. In rural regions essential services including health care was delayed and the agriculture sector employees were affected heavily. The biggest benefactors were digital wallets and the netbanking sector, Paytm-a digital wallet application reported a 300% increase in downloads. It is assumed that undeclared income of rupees four lakh crores from various sources all over the country will be recovered or become redundant. Economists predict that over the long term, demonetization will lead to reduced interest rates and also cause an increase in investment in the real estate sector. The smallest action is better than the greatest intention-even though demonetization was announced with good intentions-it affected the lower and middle class heavily as compared to the affluent class.

There is no doubt that e-transaction will strengthen the people of India. It will brings the transparency in the economy. We can sure hope a good future with this decision. The black money must be arrested at any cost. We should learn quickly the e-transaction process to make paperless economy.

The facts and figures are completely a personal assessment and tried best to present in correct form, however you need to match the data from other resources also.

This is a complete personal view. It is not in support to anybody or any organisation etc. It is an article completely in the interest of the nation. You can give your views in the comment box.

Essay on Trouble is the most Common Denominator of Life

" Trouble is everywhere but the solution is how you look towards it" We always tend to think that trouble is that huge wall which is unbreakable and which is an obstacle to our achievement. The notion or statement "Trouble is the most common denominator of life" could only be understood by a person who has actually faced troubles and problems in his/her life or else this notion will not be accepted by him/her.

Trouble can be seen in two ways, either you see it as something which is going to stop you or something which is going to help you move forward towards your goals. When you see trouble as the most annoying thing in the world, you will make things more complicated but when you see trouble as an opportunity, you will never be afraid of it. Trouble can also be tricky in some ways, it can come in disguise, so we need to look forward and solve it.

Essay on Trouble is the most Common Denominator of Life

We usually tend to fear trouble as it has the aspect to slow us down but we should always try to see it from a brighter and positive perspective.

Trouble should be taken as a common denominator, it should be solved bravely and fearlessly but not cowardly. It is by facing trouble that we become a wiser and better person. Achieving success without pain and clutter will not make you truly successful because it is only through suffering that we actually understand and gain value and importance and in turn become a person who has achieved success inwardly and outwardly.

Life as we know it has mixtures of black and white, positivity and negativity and to say it more precisely, it is yin yang. Peace cannot exist without trouble, it is very important to face trouble in order to attain peace. Life is a very big bundle of everything and trouble is just a small little portion which has come in your life to teach you, to guide you, to show you a path which exists on a greater height. People shouldn't take a problem to be a very serious matter, until and unless it is actually is, they should not make the problem revolve around their life, instead, they should just make the problem a common conduct.

Our problems usually revolve around materialistic pursuits or something which is highly unimportant and also the problems which we create by our own selves, it should be taken into account that these problems are highly redundant and they should be eliminated rather than solved.

Thus the conclusion over here is that "Opportunities, chances come in varied forms, it depends on us that how we choose to identify it, a chance which will change your life might come in the disguise of a problem or a trouble. If we choose to solve it, it might be the best thing that ever happened to us. So what's the wait? Take that trouble and make it into an opportunity.

Essay on 'Democracy has lost its Spirit and Culture in our Country.

Independent India's first General Elections of 1952 were termed and described by foreign commentators as the great gamble in the history of the world. They argued that a communally divided, poor, emaciated and diverse country like India, will never be able to sustain the practice of free and fair election.Obituaries were being written for Indian democracy.Widespread apprehensions existed that India would ever be able to survive as a Nation.

Ever since Independence, the world has witnessed the disintegration of the powerful USSR, the flip-flop of theocratic countries from military coup to democracy and vice –versa , religious clashes between the two factions of same religion in the Middle East, the rise of the American-styled democracy and the increasing clout of an anti-democratic China on the World order. However, being the most diverse region in the entire world,India never showed any large or powerful signs of disintegration. Free from the clutches of the colonial chains of political, social and economic slavery of the British, today we are into the 70th year of India's independence.

democracy-has-lost-its-spirit-and-culture-in-our-country

Even though today's independent India has continued to thrive and progress as a democratic, cultural and economic giant, there still exists many loopholes that threaten it's democratic set-up and continue to exhort critics to criticize and question it's imagination of an ideal democracy.

There are 3 major factors which contributed to India's growing democracy and provided the glue to let the people of the land stick together in difficult circumstances.

First is the robust Constitution of India:-
Indian constitution takes care of each section of the people irrespective of their caste, religion or minority. It has been time and again proved to be flexible that it can be changed according to the needs of time and society.Even the adversaries of India agree that the Constitution played the largest role in the success of India as a democratic nation. It has been highlighted as the key which is interlocking a diverse nation known as India.

Second is the successful integration of all the Princely states:-
Integration of 546 princely states was not a mean task. However,Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel along with Foreign secretary VK Menon played an instrumental role in shaping the geography of the modern India by annexing all the princely states into the Union of India. Though an immensely difficult task, both of them persuaded boastful and egotistic kings of small provinces to merge with India. Most of them wished to remain independent, however, Sardar Patel rightly asserted that it was higjly unlikely that they will be able to survive independently.

Thus, India remained to be a Union of states unlike an agreement of states in the USA.

The third factor was Mr.Nehru's able leadership:-

Indian nation after Independence was like a child. Without the Congress, the future looked bleak and dark.Survival of the Congress was dependent on Nehru. Nehru kept the government and people together. Whether winning the elections continuously for three times or re-structuring of states upon linguistic lines, from Non-Alignment movement to adopting socialist economic policies, he was able to steer India out of every chaos.Exceptions exist but they can be argued and contested as one cannot ponder upon yesterday’s decision without taking into account the scenarios which lead to the decision. The inaugural 15 years after Independence were very crucial for democratic India and Nehru was at command.Even his adversaries and critics agree that he did his job perfectly well that’s why India still remains to be a democratic nation.

However, no political system is utopian. All the political systems have to work in the environment conditioned by social and economic factors of that society. Indian democracy is no exception to this universal law.

Some prominent aspects which affect Indian democracy and challenge it's legitimacy and spirit are

Social inequalities caused due to caste system and economic imbalances:-
Casteism is the major contributor to social inequality in India. As they say, in India, people do not cast their vote in the election but they vote their caste. This practice undermines the democratic spirit of political system and threatens the shared vision of the national leaders and freedom fighters. Economic disparity is huge. Poor people do not think of elections as their political right because they are worried about their present and future. As the rich and elite class unleashes the gifts to the poor during elections the poor tend to forget the true purpose of elections in a democracy and instead vote inefficient candidates.

Violence:-
Violence has been rooted in the political system of Indian democracy.Inter-communal violence, election violence, political violence, and all other forms of violence has been engulfing the political sphere.

Freedom of speech, association, and press:-
There have been many instances where the constitutional rights of Indian citizens were compromised in the past and the practice still continue till date rather in other subtle manners.

Freedom to speak one's mind is the panacea for an independent nation.Without this, the nation is reduced to a showpiece of democracy with no real democratic spirit. Therefore, Indian democracy has been strengthened by common welfare, rule of law, stable government, the spirit of patriotism, etc. On the other hand, it definitely consists of weaknesses and challenges which seem formidable such as inefficient political leaders, lack of political literacy among the general populace, rigid social system, etc.

While concluding, it is imperative to the note that the future of Indian democracy hangs in the balance. It stands on the cross roads, leading to people's democracy. The fact cannot be denied that the political democracy as it has been in the existence in most of the capitalistic states of the world today, suffers from various shortcomings. However, it can be perfectly argued that democracy itself is not at fault. The defect has to be laid on the socio-economic system in which it has been made to fit. It will take a long time to completely abolish and vitiate all the challenges in the Indian democracy. The new generation, now, shoulders the responsibility laid upon them by the makers of the constitution to make this experiment a huge success. The world is keenly observing India's experiment with democracy.

Essay on 'A visit to a Theater ' For Class 5

Theatre is a place not only for watching movies but also to spend time with your loved ones because in this technological world we find no time to spend with our families. The theatre is a dark room indeed but it fills our mind with a brightness which is filled with joy.

The characters in the movie make us laugh till our stomach hurt, we don't realise that in that moment we are not only living in the present but we are making memories which will intensify us into a human who has lived his life to the fullest. The most important thing other than the movie in the theatre which everyone loves is delicious, lip smacking popcorn.

Essay on A visit to a Theater

I visited the theatre for the first time when I was in my 5th grade, I was really excited to see the dark big room which had the biggest screen ever. The movie which I watched was "The Lion King" which was a Hollywood animated movie. I really had fun watching that movie and it was the best time of my childhood. During my teenage, I visited the theatre with my friends. I had a really jovial time because it was a comedy movie and it was something which we cherish even now after 5 years. This is the art and beauty of theatre, it not only entertains you but also much later on, fills your life with sweet memories.

Even now, after many years, for me, the theatre is a place not only for enjoyment but a place of togetherness. I think that everybody should visit the theatre often and enjoy their life to the fullest because life is lived only once and it is worth living for. Movies not only entertain us but also educate us.

It is not a difficult or impossible, but easy to implement if anyone decides to fight the boredom, Here I sum up the most important steps to get rid of the boredom that have proved successful:

Essay on 'You had a Wonderful Dream That Came True After Six Months'

Dreams we say are the infinite foam of imagination, it is that wonderful place where each and everything can happen, it is that place where we want to escape in, it is a story which is unsaid to anyone but ourselves. It is said that dreams come true when it is dreamt at dawn but is it true? only time will tell us.

At first, I always dreamt in an unclear manner but as I dreamt on and on, I started getting engulfed in it. In my dreams, I always found myself atop of everything, be it a tree where I would climb on the top branch, be it a building where I would find myself on the top floor or be it a ferric wheel where the wheel would always stop on the top where I could gaze at the clouds. It felt very strange at first and I couldn't decipher the code behind it but when the dream kept presenting itself with various scenarios but with the same motive, I had to understand what was going on, it made me curious, it made me irresistible and I was famished for the very knowledge which was kept in the deep and dark subconscious parts of my mind. I kept dreaming on and on, sometimes I was at the top, just floating in the sky, but at the very top. What could it mean? I had no idea.

You had a Wonderful Dream That Came True After Six Months

Days passed by, days turned into months and now I would dream that same dream seldom. In the last same dream, I heard a whisper whispering in my ear and saying "It's time" It struck me and it struck me hard, I had the tendency to neglect everything and I always felt that something was amiss, I always felt incomplete and always thought that I wasn't on the top. I was just looking and never saw things with a new vision and hope.

My life, in a narrow or a broader manner, has always been on the top. I started listing down even the smallest thing at which I was on top i.e, better than my own self but not others. As I started listing, it made me realise that the dream of mine which I had dreamt since first grade i.e, to the best version of myself had already come true but it took me six months to realise and to fetch the reality.

Sometimes in life, we try to look at too many things, we try to take our unrealized triumphs for granted. So as the late Robin Williams said, "Seize the day my friend". There is a lot in this world which has been unsaid, unseen and also, unrealized.

Dreams come true, it might have already come true, but do you have the power to realise it? Time will only tell as at day we tend to be aware of the actual fact of our true self.

Essay on Recycle Reduce, and Reuse For Class 9

Nature and environment are there for human's existence. All the elements of nature along with the environment's essence, support human life and surround it with joy and happiness. However, with growing needs and demands of Homo sapiens, our environment is now at threat. Clearing forests for land; cutting down trees, rise in pollutants, increasing use of non-biodegradable substances and productive lands turning into barren zones; all result in environmental degradation. To address such concerns and save the environment from further dilapidation it's time to incorporate environment-friendly practices, namely the 3R's: Recycle, Renew, and Reuse.

Essay on Recycle Reduce, and Reuse

Recycling is the eco-friendly process of turning waste materials and garbage into reusable substances. It is a preventive measure for saving potentially useful materials from wastage. It also helps in reducing the consumption of new raw materials, energy, and resources from the environment. Composting or reusing bio-degradable waste like food particles, kitchen waste, and garden waste is also known as recycling. By doing so, the amount of waste generation drops down, vital resources of the environment are conserved, environmental pollution decreases and finally greenhouse gas emissions reduces. As a result, our environment is well maintained and preserved, even with an increase in demands.

There are various recyclable materials used in daily lifestyles, such as plastic, paper, glass, metal, tires, electronics and textiles. These materials are first collected and brought to the recycling units. In the recycling centres, all substances are first segregated according to their nature and state (solid or liquid) and then reprocessed into fresh and new materials, meant for manufacturing.

Environment can be best sustained for the future, by reducing the amount of waste production. Whether at home, while shopping or at work, daily practices helps in reducing excess waste and prevents pollution. Purchasing or gifting products with simple or minimal packaging, using more re-usable materials and avoiding thin plastic bags saves energy and lowers environmental pressure. Reducing is basically lowering down usage, from petrol and diesel to regular commodities.

Reusing is another eco-efficient way of saving resources and energy and creatively re-using items in future. It also reduces pressure on industrial production, which means lower industrial pollution. The disposal costs and needs become lesser, at the same time. Apart from environmental benefits, re-using is a cost-effective measure for businesses and consumers since it's more reasonable, compared to new produce. The most common reusable items include carrier bags, plastic bottles, envelopes, jars, pots, newspapers, bubble wraps, cardboard, tyre, scrap papers and used wood. Besides these, old electronic equipment and rechargeable batteries can also be re-used again and again. There are certain waste materials which are used in manufacturing process of other products. Reusing is an ideal way to save energy and lower production costs of all goods and materials.

To sum up, the 3R's ( Recycle Reduce, and Reuse) of environment is the best way of preserving natural resources, making proportional use of energy and resources at present and protecting the environment for a long-run. By practising the three ethics, both life and nature can get along simultaneously, without any risk.

Essay on Life is like a storm

Life as we know it is not a bed of roses, there are many hardships faced. The extremist says that we are thrown into this life, without being given the option to choose. Life in one word can be vaguely described as a storm, a storm where surviving skills are imbibed by experience. In the greater horizon, we can see that at times of hardship we often tend to describe life which we are enduring as a storm.

Many great men have achieved their greatness only when they have experienced the storm because without having experienced the storm they couldn't have been elevated or achieve whatever they wanted to achieve.

Essay on Life is like a storm

Life is like a storm because if it would have been a bed of roses, life wouldn't have been worth the ride.

Speaking ahead, we can see that life is full of surprises, happiness, joy, fun, precious moments and what not but when sadness, wrath, hatred, greed are experienced we tend to blame on our life and on our faith. The difference between the triumphant and the opposite is that the triumphant's tend to turn hardship into something which is beneficial for them but the opposite just make a cry for it and tend to blame on others than blaming it on themselves.

It is said that for every problem there is a solution and also, without solutions problems are never given, so our main agenda is to find a balance or a way out of the storm. A storm never stays for a longer time, it does bring chaos and clutter but when it leaves it brings a form of serenity and calmness, the real thought or question over here is that, are we the same after the storm or has that storm brought a change in us? This can only be answered when we have the actual courage to face the storm.

Another interpretation of "Life is like a storm" is that within each and every one of us there is a storm which is locked up or suppressed in the deep dungeons of our own self. It depends on us if we want to let loose of that storm because we are much aware of the fact that the storm within us might cause immense chaos or immense folly which will make our life a hurricane. We, in fact, might call all this a storm within a storm. But the hidden positivity lies over here is that a storm within us can defeat a storm. This time, there is no need to suppress that storm because with that storm we can build a life of happiness.

Thus the conclusion over here could be said that life is lived only once, there is no turning back, whatever should be done, it needs to be done now. No matter how drenched your life is, you need to make the changes right now, you need to get out of that storm right now.

"When life is a bliss everything is merry for us
but when a storm is ahead we curse the Great
little we know about the merit of storms
because after every storm, a colourful rainbow and a pleasant calm so take that storm as a gift because only hidden things are worth finding for."

Essay on 'The Freedom Fighter who Inspired Me the Most'

It is always said and remembered by us that it is because of our freedom fighters that we have gained independence and freedom from the British rule. The one man who is called "The father of our nation" and the one who has inspired me with his doings and bravery is none other than Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. Whenever I think of him I can picture an old man wearing a dhoti and a shawl, round glasses and a stick who has the picture of India as a nation with utmost abundance in his eyes.

There were many other freedom fighters who has taken part in the independence movement but Mahatma Gandhi made the golden bird free through his non-violence movement and this movement was seen and adopted all over the nation and many other countries knew the importance of non-violence and how Mahatma Gandhi fought for his country like no one else did. He has quoted the line "Be the change you wish to see in the world". He has not only quoted but proved it by making India a free spirit. Gandhi never wanted a bloodshedding war which would take lives of millions of people, he wanted to wage a war by making peace his sword. He has also famously quoted the line "A weak can never forgive because forgiveness is the attribute of the strong". Deep down in his heart he has forgiven his opponents for whatever they have done.

Essay on

Mahatma Gandhi became so famous with its freedom fight and struggle that now, at present each and every person knows about him all over the world and the world knows him not because he is famous but because how he fought for his country in a unique and clever way.

Thus it could be concluded by saying that there is no other freedom fighter like him and nobody has been like him but he will be remembered for a lifetime. He has made us inspired to do something which is beyond the expectations by us and others. Love and respect for him will always be abundant.

Essay on A Railway Station For Class 9

When we first hear the word railway station, all we think of is "memories" which delight us because all we remember is that day when we boarded the train for the very first time. It is amazing to see that how railways were first used for transportation of goods but now it is a means of transport for us as well, what we didn't notice is that we were creating memories when we travelled through the train. Before Airways were invented, Railways were of most importance for transportation of goods and people. Trains are even important now for transportation of goods because of the reason that airways cannot carry the heavy load.

Essay on A Railway Station For Class 9

We can clearly remember the passengers who are in a hustle and bustle. People are always in a hurry to find train's platform or coaches, they get tensed whether they can reach on time or not. Through this, people can also learn and maintain the importance of time. The most emotional moment we see is of the people who come to see off their relatives or friends, their tears and long hugs tell a lot of stories and also the problem of distance which sometimes make people apart. We can see Coolies who work hard for money, the hawkers who sell us all the delicious snacks, these are the common and poor people who make their living because of railway stations. The co-passengers are the ones who become our friends for a lifetime.

The problems which we see on railway stations are beggars and on local trains, there is not enough space to accommodate all people, many people sit on the top of the train and travel which is highly dangerous. With the advent of development and modernisation, metro rails are constructed for a faster journey and proper seating arrangements, even though aeroplanes are the fastest way for travelling, travelling through train is considered to be the most wonderful and pleasant experience among families. It has created many employment opportunities for people which have made common people earn his wage in an efficient manner. It is the cheapest mode of transport which creates the journey for travellers or businessman affordable.

The beauty of railway station is not only the train but also the people who have unknown stories written in their fate, the train will be their halt of life, to share a few quotes with an unknown or to laugh about the abruptness of life.

A railway station sang an unknown chorus of talks among people which reflected the train i.e the train went at the same pace as a person's life.

Some of the general things to be known about railway stations are that the first train was built by Richard Trevithick, there are 8000 to 8500 railway stations in India and it is said to be the fourth largest employer in the world which is providing employment opportunities to millions of people. The fastest train in India is the Bhopal Shatabdi Express and the fastest train in the world is the Maglev.

Thus it could be concluded that a railway station doesn't consist of only a machine which takes us from place to place, it includes relations, laughter, moments and bonds which are strengthened over time. It is the greatest invention ever made for us.

Essay on My Favourite Subject Philosophy For Class 10

One of the most exciting and extraordinary subject of study which has caught the attention of academicians across the world is Philosophy. It is an investigation of things which can concern humans generally or issues of values, ethics, and reasoning, application of the human mind and the use of verbal language or nonverbal gestures and postures.

Philosophy actually deals with discussing and attempting to calculate what is the meaning of life in context to our existence in human form. It is a type of thinking process which depends upon a person’s past experiences and societal norms. It is also a study of human behavior in front of others and the responses we make based upon their expectations. Philosophy has its history rooted in the ages before Christ during the ages of Socrates in 500 BC. Initially considered to be a subject of human nature it formed a universal domain of knowledge in the late 400 BC and then followed into the middle ages. Initially it was considered a medium to associate all activities beyond human domain with God and nature.

my-favourite-subject-philosophy

However with the passage of time and changing of ages it is important to understand where and how philosophy has impacted and influenced the human beings. The answer to this question lays in the fact that every domain concerning human beings has Philosophy behind it which actually helps us understand why that thing is important to us. For e.g. if we wish to understand why we are hungry then the philosophical answer to it would be because Nature has made us this way that we derive energy from the food resources which are available here on Earth. For the time being it would not look deep into vegetarian and non-vegetarian food but to explain that there is another philosophy. This is the reason which makes philosophy my favorite subject. Philosophy lets me understand things in the larger perspective and also helps me see things from different angles. It gives me an opportunity to look outside the normal way and find for myself a personal reason to understand something with which I can connect.

Philosophy gives me a more sentimental take on things which is a mix of emotion and practicality. I leant how to approach things practically and then find out reasons behind them and then connect it with my daily life. This allowed me to experiment with anything I want and helped me learn faster and in an easier way. The subject is really different from science and maths because here I can apply my own logics and understandings and still they would be correct. Philosophy does not consider any particular thing as the real answer and thus everyone gets a chance to feel important.

Philosophy makes us see things with an open mind and asks us to consider all possibilities in mind. It does not work on one set parameter thus it can be used to make our lives better. It will allow us to have better relationships and would help us enhance our listening. We would be patient and not jump to conclusions. We would become more just and unbiased and believe only on the truth and not on heard thoughts. It also helps us in questioning rules and regulation and gives an opportunity to change them with the passage of time. Thus philosophy is a subject that each individual should read in order to make the world even better than it is

Wright brothers invented the Aeroplane and since then everyone has dreamed of flying. To fly high like the bird and reach the horizon. I first saw an Aeroplane flying when I was a young lad and then immediately I asked my mother everything about it.

My mother showed me the book of aviation history and I grew fascinated with it. Stories about Amelia Earhart inspired me and then I took the biggest decision of my life i.e. to become a pilot. I would speak to myself about how amazing it would be to fly that iron bird in the sky, to fly and reach the sky and to travel the world.

essay-on-aim-in-life-to-become-a-pilot

I wanted to become a pilot because it made me feel adventurous. Spending all my childhood listening to all the fascinating and fiction stories about owning a plane and traveling around the world, meeting new people, seeing different traditions and culture etc.

As I grew older, this aim also grew with me, it made me feel responsible and more determined towards my dream. I started reading more and more about the aviation history and how famous people made it big and became the most successful pilots. A new spark grew in me and among the various types of flight career, I wanted to become an Airshow stunt pilot because it was challenging. Making a show out of aerial acrobatics was something out of an ordinary thing.

But I was always skeptic about my dreams, I felt that this dream was larger than my life and my capability to do it was not enough but my ultimate inspiration was that bird who would fly above my head every day, mocking me to compete with him and so I did. My parents were my precious treasure of motivation because they made my feel that each and everyone has the capability to do anything and this particular optimistic perspective made me believe in myself and my dreams. If I have the capability to dream it, then definitely I will have the courage to pursue it.

So here I am, after 30 years. I can feel my dream (Of becoming a pilot) fresh even now because I am living my dream, it was not easy to pursue it, but somehow I made my aim my life and my ultimate goal. Believe in yourself, no matter what.

Essay on Autobiography of a Bird For Grade 5

Delicately coming out of my egg shell, I came into this world. My parents were my biggest strength because they taught me everything well and how. Crawling out slowly, I saw sun rays bright and shining with the dancing trees . My parents told me that this is the world and to it, I belong.

They fed me daily and made me comfortable in the prettiest of the nests and when night wore its darkest coat, they warmed me with their softest feathers. Every day I left from home with an empty stomach but I came back at night with a stomach full of satisfaction. Every day I roamed around the world and met new birds and made new friends.

My best mate was a woodpecker unlike me who was a lyrebird. We both traveled the whole world and migrated every season to our respective places. It was really beautiful to see greenery and colors because this is what for me, life was all about i.e. to witness each and every beautiful place. It was time for me to attract female birds in order to find a companion and I did. She was the prettiest lyrebird I had ever seen. Primary Concerns Before Vacation for Student Essay

Primary Concerns Before Vacation for Students. After months of studying and gazing at the Blackboard, the only time each and every student dreams of is, vacation time. This is the only time when there are no lengthy assignments or tough examinations. Living a life on holiday is what this little time of vacation is all about. But, there are some primary concerns for them before this happy time.

1) Holiday assignments
A little glitch to enjoying a vacation is to complete those lethargic assignments because everyone hates doing a school/college work on a sunny vacation. But when you complete it, your vacation will be a piece of cake.

2) Planning a vacation
Every student in his life wants to plan a vacation with his friends. You might have wanted to surf on the beaches of Goa or splurge money on the mall roads in Delhi. But the actual task comes in planning it all i.e from booking hotel rooms to planning the entire vacation, everything seems easy until you start doing it. But when you plan it all out with friends, everything seems fun and fine.

3) Learning from vacation
Student life snaps out in a matter of time because time waits for none. These are the moments when a young person can shape himself into the person he wants to be in the future. Vacation time will make you know more about the world and you will have a fresh mind and can make possibilities knock on your door of life.

4) Overcoming Weakness
Life may knock us down but it depends on us if we want to pull up or stay down. Through vacation, you will know that what life is actually about and that the rat race is not worth the wait. The breeze of vacation will smear your worries away.

5) Making your life a memorable one
Memories are what you'll live by for the rest of your life. These happy moments with your dearest of friends will make a memory worth remembering each and every time. The task over here is, how will you make it memorable? Vacation is planned but memories are made in the most natural way. Thus I would conclude by saying that, these concerns will bring out the best in students and it will help them live a life full of memories, friends and a life of humbleness. So, make this journey a lasting one.

Team Work Wins the Game Essay

'Teamwork.. An eight letter word which can change a whole situation, good or bad.. Once there was a group of kids who was going to play a cricket match. Everyone had to bring the things used in a professional match and everyone did the same.

Now when everyone got something or the other, it created a dilemma about the team member's selection and they started discussing the same and soon that discussion turned into an argument as one or the other wanted to be a captain and select their team members... They fought and fought but couldn't get any positive results and they decided to play the game anyways they wanted, which was a mess of course! That was a negative way of handling a team which that being a team was not one.

Meanwhile they were playing their 'so called game' they heard a woman giving her child their example as a bad team which didn't even know how to behave as a team.

Now when they heard that , they realized their mistake and one of the team players gave an idea to sort the issue and everyone decided to have a calm discussion or a chit round which would decide the captain and they soon got their captains.. It turned to be a great match without any judgements as they were only having fun and learning.

Through this story we conclude that teamworks are different, its upto you how you deal with it and stay on the this title 'TEAM.'

The very first thing in a team is, there is no 'I' in teamwork. It is true that 'united we stand, divided we fall'. So a successful team is only formed when one keeps all differences aside and plays as one.

So, individually we are one drop but together we are an ocean...!

'The Importance of Science' Essay For Class 10

643 Words Essay by : K. STOVALL

As man descended from the trees and began the journey into the future science was born from the first step upon the ground. The daughter of necessity, science was the truth by which we fed. No only did our inept knowledge of science sustain our bodies helping our physicals selves survive and evolve but it nurtured our minds leading us down the path towards humanity. Early man with their herbs, mushrooms and one can imagine some humorous trial and error lead future generations of man into what would become the basis by which every moment of our existence has been built on to this day.

importance-of-science-essay-for-class-10

Throughout the ages science, although not always named so, was foundation by which human life survived. Unfortunately, science became superstition and the less evolved leaf on the tree of humanity saw its' mystery as magic and began to persecute early practitioners of what would become know as the dark arts. The brightest minds of the time risked death to advance their knowledge of the laws of physics, the heavens and medicine. In the 1600's Galileo Galilei was actually convicted of heresy for proclaiming that the Earth was not the center of the Universe. Our next moment of idiocy would come when primitive medicinal practices were declared to be witchcraft and therefore unholy which led to an untold number of murders. The only culture that not only survived these brief moments of extreme philosophical or scientific bias was China who flourished while continually advanced their understanding of science. The understanding and advancement of science in China actually dates back two thousand years and some ancient practices such as acupuncture are still preformed today all over the world.

It was not until fairly recently that mankind truly was free to delve into all aspects of known sciences. Science was no longer the daughter of necessity. Brilliant minds such as Jules Verne, James Fenimore Cooper, Alexandre Dumas as well as a few slightly disturbed ones began to dream of what could be. Far off worlds filled with fantastic imaginings. They dreamed of leaving earth just as the first humans left the trees. Traveling through wormholes and the possibility of alien intelligence adrift on earth like planets even other dimensions. These dreams commonly called science-fiction novels soon replaced necessity. Children that read these imaginings turned into adults who endeavored to turn science-fiction into science fact. We as a species reached the pinnacle of our existence. Scientific achievements came as fast as the speed of light. Of course their were more failures than successes thank goodness that passion fueled their drive to try and try and then try again. One hundred and twenty-five years ago the radio was only a dream today we have landed a satellite on a comet, there are plans to colonize Mars and cars that drive themselves. One can't speak of such success with mentioning the tragic successes that usually were born of war such as the atomic bomb which ushered in its' own era of death and destruction or the improvements in weaponry all of which remind us we are not as advance or intelligent as we could be. We can only hope future scientists realize that a scientific achievement can also occur within the mind not just the world.

I look at all the techno-junkies glued to their smart phones watching videos of cats and singing two year olds and I can't help but think about the 1969. The world glued to televisions, that generations the cutting edge technology, watching a rocket take off, fly for three days, finally coming to rest the one celestial body that every man woman and child that ever live gazed upon with wonder and awe and we did it with less than eight percent% of the computing power that we hold in our hands and watch you-tube videos.

Essay on Journey to Goa For Class 4

This essay on journey to Goa can also be used for lower classes by taking easy sentences from this essay.

My recent summer vacations were spent at Goa. My parents accompanied me to Goa and we took a bus ride to be there. Though the bus ride was very gloomy and hot, we somehow managed to arrive at our destination. The entrance to the city of Goa was highly welcoming and I could glance around at a number of fishermen in the sea on their boats. Some of the boats contained stocks of fish which were being supplied to the local fish shops.

journey-to-goa-essay

We headed far up into the main city where I got to see a lot of tourists who had come from various countries. The city was bustled up with greenery all around. I also noticed a large number of coconut and palm trees alongside. If only our city had so many trees too, wouldn’t it be a nicer place? Though it was midday, the air was fresh and soothing. We had a delicious meal at the local restaurant and then we headed up to our guesthouse which provided us with a beautiful cottage overlooking the sea. It was very amazing to look at.

After getting freshened up, we headed towards the beach. The sand was so very soft and I noticed some good seashells lying nearby. I collected some seashells to show to my friends at school. I also made small sand castles on the beach while my parents relaxed for a while. There were also a lot of boating inns available. My parents took me to the boating inns and we rented out a boat. We took a ride for a while and then we returned to take rest on the beach. I also had a tasty milkshake while on the beach. There was cool wind blowing and the waves were crashing up and down all the while. I and my father played in the waves for quite some time. On the beach, I also saw some huge crabs and fish being sold by the vendors.

At sunset, the people lit bonfires and we too joined them. They gave us flower garlands to wear. I wore one on my head too. We danced to the music being played and also ate some delicious seafood. It was an amazing time to be at. Next day, we visited the nearby churches and some famous places there. We then took a bus ride home. I was very tired and so I fell asleep during the way back. I shall always cherish the sweet memories of being in Goa.

Essay on 'Aim to Become an Artist'

"The mind of artists are always on fleek". An artist is a person whose mind is like a sea with lots of dreams, colours, inventions and imaginations. If you have ever talked to an artist, you will know in which world they live in. They may be an introvert but the mindset which they have is of a dreamer, who dreams of flying as high as possible.

When they hold a paint brush, they are no more a person who only paints, but they are the one's who paint a masterpiece. Most of the famous artists never wanted to paint only for money, they wanted to showcase their talent because they wanted to inspire others. So when you aim to become an artist, never do it just because you want to earn, but do it because you want to make people awestruck.

There is something different about these artists which we can never understand. They are the beholders of colours in their minds. Nobody can paint a masterpiece, but the one who does it are the ones with a difference in attitude and mind, nothing is attached to them more than a colour pallet. They are drenched in the joy of painting and stroking.

If you have aimed to become an artist then never ever look back on becoming something else. It is easy in this "sheep" driven world to be out of track i.e. to follow something which others are also following. I say that be rebellious in your dreams, be that person who has a shine of hope in his eyes and trust in his heart. It may not be an easy path, if you don't take it just because you are scared, then who will?. Take that jump of trust in yourself and arrive at the horizon of success. Aim is not like a hurdle where you can jump easily, it is a mountain where you have to climb barefoot and enjoy the view of victory.

It is always hard to follow something different but when you do it with integrity and passion, you can follow your aim easily. For example, Joanna always wanted to become an artist but she was scared to become on because of lack of trust and motivation. One day a man knocked her door and asked for a glass of water. Joanna gave him.
"If it weren't for ripples in this water, it would never have been different", said the man.
"Who are you?", Joanna asked in astonishment.
"I am difference who knocks on everyone's door and befriends them, will you befriend me?"
"I always aimed for difference but lacked motivation"
"Well then! Here is your glass of motivation"
and after that incident, Joanna painted like never before. She painted on fleek, with perfection, with determination, with imagination and most importantly, with fearlessness.

So, through this example, I want to inspire people, to follow their dreams, no matter what and even if it is too late.

Essay on 'All that Glitters is not Gold'

Splendor of a king may have pauperism life like a beggar. It is just as synonym as "all that glitters is not gold"

We live in an era where everything seems beautiful and perfect but what we don't know is the anomaly it undermines. Everything you think is made perfect to you but the reality behind it is unknown to you. We are now, living in a race called the "Herd" where everybody follows what everybody else is following, the will to do it by yourself has been lost.

People are wasting time on something which is not worth the time. Everybody wants money, everybody wants to live a lavish life and everybody wants materialistic things, but the fact they don't know is that money and material will not last forever. In this race to possess things, people are actually losing their values and behaviors.

Rita and Lillian were best of friends but they had an opposite mindset. Rita always thought that materialism bought her love and respect, while Lillian thought that love and respect can be received through giving the same in return;being humble was her notion. Both the besties promised to visit each other, each year, to see where they stood in life based upon each other's notion. They shared their ups and downs in life but Rita started visiting with a mopey face for a few years, She came to know that when she possessed material, everybody was with her but when she was without a dime, everybody started fading away.Lillian got worried about Rita and took her by the hand and told her " Life's amazing and the materials which we have created is amazing as well but we have created to use it, not to dwell upon it." Rita sobbed her heart out and understood what Lillian tried to tell her all those years. She finally understood the true meaning of life and the fact that what lies underneath matters, but not that, which artificially attracts us from above.

Everything seems "Glittery" to us but the actual fact is that underneath there is no real "Gold". Gold is where there is abundant love and respect given to you. A Rich man may seem happy to you because he has everything, he can buy everything but what you don't know is that, behind all that riches, is a lonely man, who has nobody to share nor to give; the joy of giving and sharing is lost in the midst to pursue everything. On the other hand, when you see a person without a dime to spend and yet he is happy, content, loving, sharing and giving, you will know that the actual joy is not in just inventing a light, but it is in making use of that light in the betterment of people. In the same manner, when you see a happy and content person laughing his/her heart out, do not envy him/her because he/she had her share of despair in the past but yet he/she chose to conquer. He/she chose to not let the outer negativity break his/her inner wall of positive and liberal faith.

The meaning of life is same as the saying "Brass does not contain the quality of Gold" and also the fact that " The brightest eyes have seen the deepest scars of wrath and pain". When you understand why "All that Glitters is not Gold", you will come to know that "Believing in everything is not a clever man's eye." ..
